Our company ordered 14 pizzas for a luncheon, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I placed the order in the morning and scheduled delivery for noon. The pizzas arrived about five minutes early, hot and delicious. Our delivery driver, Kenny, was incredibly thoughtful and kind. If I could request Kenny every time, I absolutely would!

I placed an order online tonight via the app. All for the money to come out of my bank account and the order to not be actually placed! When I called this location I was able to speak to and GET HUNG UP ON by the manager named Chloe on staff for the evening. She was extremely rude, unpleasant, and gave zero solutions or customer service. Even had the audacity to say they can’t make free pizzas even after I explained to her that my account was charged and could provide screenshots as proof. The lack of customer service was extremely disappointing after already getting denied food that I paid for!! Unbelievable experience and not in a good way!! That’s the last time I support a dominos location. Completely disappointed and disgusted with the management at this location. I’d much rather spend my money with a family business where they have respect for their customers and their customers money. I will be reaching out to their corporate offices in regards to these fraudulent charges and poor excuse for managers.

I pre ordered my Pizza order for a specific time. The order seemed as if it was sitting around d for a couple hours. Was not please like I usually am with my orders.
GF pizza is amazing. But more than that, Helen, the gal that usually delivers our pizzas, is an absolutely lovely person! She’s kind, goes above and beyond. And she made best friends with our dog. She’s just the nicest.

I never order from Mount Joy dominoes but we were coming through and decided to place an order. I ordered 2 pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread. Well my stuffed cheesy bread has pepperonis in it when that isn't the one I ordered. I can't eat pepperonis. I gave it to my kids and they can barely even eat it because of the burnt cheese on the side and the top is real crispy. It was a waste of money since it's 15 minutes from my house so I'm not going back there today. I avoid Columbia but I'll continue to use that one.

Helen was amazing! She brought my pizza out super fast with curbside delivery literally right after I tapped “I’m here,” she was already on the way out. She was so friendly and polite, and you could tell she really cared about making sure everything was right. The pizza was hot, fresh, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while. She definitely went above and beyond with her service.
