A few days ago I visited Good Burrito for the first time. I was welcomed pleasantly by two young ladies, Hayley and Marie. Being a new customer, Hayley took the time to explain the menu options. Hayley and Marie's customer service was absolutely remarkable. The food was fresh and delicious, I will definitely be back to order again.

I will just go to Chipotle instead of here next time. Meat was cold and the workers there don't know how to wrap a burrito, so it fell apart. I didn't order a bowl. Only upside was that the staff was friendly and place is clean and inviting

I have come here twice the first time the quality of the food was just bad. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day so I went back today to try it again. The food was even worse than the first time. Everything on the line looked like it had been sitting there for hours. I ate my bowl minutes after I got it and everything was cold. The rice was crunchy. I didn't even dare to get the beans with how disgusting they looked in the container. And the steak was chewy and barely even cut. The quality of the ingredients are just terrible. Don't waste your time. Just go to Taco bell down the road at least they have standards.

This will always be my favorite go-to burrito spot! Everything is always so fresh and delicious, and service is fast and efficient. Anytime somebody suggests ordering chipotle, i always ask “but have you tried Good Burrito?” My only complaint is that i wish they had more locations!

The worst food I ever eaten rice was sitting in water too long. The onions and peppers had no taste to them. It was just. I threw half a bowl away. I will never hear again.
Ordered a veggie quesadilla. They were out of many items. Not sure why a veggie quesadilla costs $2 more than cheese. Online you can get literally the same toppings for the cheese vs veggie. Quesidilla barely melted. Overall don’t think I’ll be back.

This is my first time visiting this establishment at this location. The customer service at this location, needs more training on respect. The restaurant was empty and there were two other people in front of me in line.
The first individual was getting their order and the second individual was just in front of me. He was already getting assisted with his order. I then was helped by a third employee. Once I instructed them what I wanted, she jumped the second individual. That was getting their order which I could tell made that second individual seem rushed so the employee made me jump in front of them. And then while the employee was working on my order, the second individual had to wait on me because I jumped in front of him in line. On top of that, the employee that was taking my order just seemed like they were in a rush for some reason.
And then when I was checking out, I said, can you put that in a bag and they hand me the bag? I mean listen to what the customer is asking….
It just was a bad vibe since I started my order.
And on top of that the steak bowl I got barely had any steak in it . I think I got like five pieces. I hope this is just a bad experience, But some of the reviews say different. Time will tell.
