First time in here and my burrito bowl was borderline inedible. Everything including the rice and meat was cold and seemed it had been sitting around while. Not to mention the guac I paid extra for was brown and definitely old. And on top of all that the rice in my bowl was hard, maybe undercooked? Not sure but will not be coming back.

I will not be going to Good Burrito any longer. I use to go at least once a week. Now that they are leaving the lids off of the food it now longer looks good or appetizing. The beans and the meat look dry. I could over look the chicken being over cooked everyday but food being left uncovered is not sanitary.

Good burrito? TERRIBLE burrito. Flavorless queso, flavorless meat, ice cold corn out the freeze. Couldn't even finish it. Horrible quality on every level. And it was $20!!!

A few days ago I visited Good Burrito for the first time. I was welcomed pleasantly by two young ladies, Hayley and Marie. Being a new customer, Hayley took the time to explain the menu options. Hayley and Marie's customer service was absolutely remarkable. The food was fresh and delicious, I will definitely be back to order again.

I will just go to Chipotle instead of here next time. Meat was cold and the workers there don't know how to wrap a burrito, so it fell apart. I didn't order a bowl. Only upside was that the staff was friendly and place is clean and inviting
