What a great local gem. I’m excited to try other items on their menu as well. The owner/manager stopped by our table and was very friendly. “Despite my love for diners and my decades in Lanky I have never once stopped here. Took being on foot/bus to do so and so glad I did! The split pea soup and side of sweet potato fries were both delicious, and the staff super friendly. Add some vegan pies to that gorgeous, vintage Pieman and I'd be there daily! ?“

“A true gem of a restaurant. 💎 The decor is warmly lit, clean and smart with just a hint of "days gone by" and the variety of different dishes available will blow your mind. Their gyros are my absolutely favorite but their crab cake sandwiches are also very tasty. The staff was warm and friendly. The food is amazing and reasonably priced with the ambiance of what a warm cozy restaurant used to be. Go once and you'll definitely go again. 💖💖💖“

“Family Fare has a good breakfast menu, moderately priced. Nice, clean restaurant/venue (including their bathrooms). Friendly, helpful wait staff. I dine there 2 times per month with a group of 10 people, on a weekday morning.

“We had to wait a half hour after our reserved time to be seated. But it turned out to be Homecoming night and the restaurant was full of dressy teenagers. Once we were seated the experience was wonderful. Great food, excellent service and friendly staff. We will definitely be back!“

“It's a great place to go for any occasion. We went there as a family for an early dinner and were not disappointed. Everything there is well thought through: the table and chair setup, silverware, plates and cups, the etc. Even the music sounded like it was played over a real sound system.
The service was very friendly and prompt. The food was awesome! Again, everything was thought through: the ingredients were fresh and the dishes were thoughtfully organized. We had to wait a bit for our order to be prepared but it was well worth waiting! Will definitely be back!“
