Drive thru was horrible. Went at a time where it was decently busy inside and out. Drive thru was 20 minute wait just to go back in because they forgot sauce and items. Fries were cold both times I visited the location. My kids meals were missing apple slices and fries literally had just the nuggets and a milk in there. The person taking my order sounded like he was mumbling and didn’t even comprehend the order. Drive thru people looked so miserable and there was no enthusiasm. Management even told me after I showed them a receipt for a large Big Mac order that I ordered a medium drink with a large order…. One of the worst McDonald’s I have been to in central PA. Go somewhere else.

I can't say I've had a bad experience from this location. Food is generally always hot and I don't believe I've gotten a wrong order so far (knock on wood).

Horribly slow service. Twenty minutes in the drive-through. When I got to the window to pay, the cashier never acknowledged the wait. So, I guess it's normal behavior at this location. I'll never go to this one again. Once was enough for me...
