i only ever go thru the drive thru here. moved to the area 6 months ago, this mcdonald’s is 2 mins away from me. it’s a shame this one is so bad! arguably the worst mcd ive ever went to consistently. i get it stop complaining it’s fast food but the prices keep going up… a big mac deal is the same as a chipotle meal. the service is awful. no one in drive thru or full drive thru ur prolly getting parked. their drive thru employeees have no idea what customer service or greeting is. everytime u order from here the beef patties look 30 mins old. i worked at mcdonald’s i know what they look like when u keep them past the expiration time…everytime they serve you it’s expired. today i ask for fresh meat and they gave me fresh fries instead…and the patties look like they were charred yesterday and heated in the microwave today. this place needs to go or let it become a chick fil a or someplace worth it so service quality goes up

It’s called fast food for a reason. I love McDonalds but every time I come here. I can be the only car here and it’s always “pull around” then I wait 5 mins for my food. Some of the employees are just straight ignorant when I ask them why? I love McDonalds but I’m tired of always having to pull around and wait and these miserable employees

I’m a disabled very and have very little to spend per mo. My order was dripping with grease and ice cold. The head manager told me I needed a receipt for a refund, so I went home and got my receipt, but when I Went back, They refused to give me a refund! I even had pictures of all of the food in the trashcan because it was Not edible.ps.. It was a big order for my whole family!

Terrible and slow service. We waited for 20 minutes for just some chicken nuggets. I don’t recommend this mcdonald’s. I think you’re better off starving than coming here!

Drive thru all clogged up because no food is ready, and line waiting for food wrapped around front of store to drive thru blocking drive thru. What ever happened to having a few of the popular meals already to go? Fast food? Definitely not. So far waited 20 mins since I ordered and still counting. Done with this place will never come here again ! I'll drive ztra 5 miles to burger king

I just wanted to say this McDonald’s has been great lately. I’ve never had a mistake with my order and the fries are always good ☺️ I never have to wait long unless it’s for fries and I never mind some fresh fries!!!
