Drive through. Ordered, paid and got my drink. Now I have to wait in a line that is wrapped around the building, not even standard protocols for any McDonald's I have ever been at. I think they need better management that could organize in a more efficient manner to be prepared for high service times.

Mostly use the drive through. They screw up the order 8 out of 10 times. It's ridiculous. Need better management. Totally the worst I've been to and it's a shame because I'm only 1 mile from there and my grandkids love McDonald's

Bad McDonalds. IF I get food it's typical McDonalds. Twice I have ordered off the app and twice they were closed. The first time was for construction which is reasonable, but the second was at 6:30pm on a Saturday.

I have a love-hate relationship with this McDonald's. Sometimes it's 5 stars... knocks it out of the park... fries like you won't believe... other times, the grease on fryburger can be felt through the wrapper.

Food was good. Orange juice was lousy. Watered down and bland. I appreciate a lower sugar juice, but I'm pretty sure that's not what this was.

The manager in there has the absolute worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. Not just tonight, literally every time I'm in there. Zero personality and just plain rude. Then I ask for a sweet tea and he hands me an empty up with no self serve tea in the lobby. I couldn't even bite into my burger because the bun was SO stale it was like a dry sponge. Should have put more effort into the employees instead of the shoddy "remodel".

Tried to come into the dining room at 8:30pm on a Sunday and the doors were locked. Hours posted states they are open till 11pm.
Hours say the dining room is open till elevan . Apparently 10:00 now means eleven? Everything is going to crap these days . Got there a little after ten and doors were locked

i go at night time and the employees there are good. one time i ordered a 10 piece meal and a mcchicken and ended up getting 2 mcchickens. no biggie, and that only happened once. the fries are always good. using the app is worth it

My boy bought the 5 dollar meal and only got a 4 piece nugget, fries, and drink with no burger. They are slow, and constantly mess up.
