Quite possibly one of the most annoying experiences I've ever had. They are busy, which I understand. But as I stood at the register for literally 5min not a single person said a word to me and avoided any eye contact with me. I then waited 30min for my tea, while one of the employees sneezed all over everything and wiped her nose with her hand.

Tried their iced coffee. Just not for me. At least to me it tasted like it was sour milk added to the coffee. Don't know if it was just me or not. Personally not a great fan of the iced coffee. That was all I purchased.

Website hours say open until 9. Went through the drive thru. Got told you close at 8. No big deal. But have your business hours correct as I wasted my time coming here. The girl in the speaker was mostly nice. As I was driving by a young dark haired girl with wavy hair was waving and mocking me just because I said “your website says 9, you should fix it”. Bad experience.

In all honesty, this is our favorite Starbucks in the area!! Everyone always tells me to have a good day if I go inside and when we go through the drive through, everyone is always very kind! When my dogs are with me in the drive through, the girls usually make a fuss over them. Our drinks are almost always done quickly and they taste really good! I’m surprised at the 4.1 rating! We always refer to this one as “our” Starbucks because we go there all the time!

I dont understand why when you go into the store the workers all ignore you and walk by while seemingly doing nothing. I would understand if they were busy with other customer or doing something but when you have five employees behind the desk and you have to wait 5+ plus minutes. Its pretty outrageous. I will say my drink was made quickly and tasted good.
