They forgot to put any vegetables on my sub, only put one slice of meat. I called and they couldn’t understand me and thought I was trying to place an order. Unbelievable

Used to love this Subway, but it’s been terrible since new ownership/management has taken over. Employees don’t seem to understand what they’re making. Subs are sloppy. Found a hair in a sub, as well as a piece of some sort of unidentified plastic. Bacon was raw. They only had 2 sodas in the soda fountain that weren’t out of order and only two kinds of chips, compared to the 10-20 options most Subways have. Will absolutely not be back and recommend that others support the various other restaurants in the area.

We always loved this shop. Today we learned it was under new ownership because the food was horrible. The new owner is rude and didn't fix our soggy subs on stale bread.
We ordered on the app. and just went in and got our bag and went home.
Bread was old, less then half of normal stuff on the subs.
Will not return.

My last 3 orders from this store has been consistently bad. The staff appears to be not trained on assembly standards as it is either missing ingredients, messy or smashed when wrapped. Also, tipping a store front only supports class apathy. The employees deserve more from their employers...not the customer.

I ordered an Italian BMT, I had wanted Lettuce, Oregano, Salt and Pepper on it and to have it toasted. VERY SIMPLE. It was ordered online. When my fiance got the order home, Not only was it cold and untoasted, but there was no lettuce, and SOOO MUCH Oregano. I figured oh well, I am hungry I need to eat something, but even after brushing some oregano off, that is still all I could taste. I had to get something else because this was just so unacceptable. My Fiance's was fine so it wasnt worth the hassle of bringing it back, we had ramen and ravioli available, I managed.
