We’ve gone here probably dozens of times, but we will be looking elsewhere.
There was just one young man behind the counter, which was fine, it just took awhile. He put our order together well.
When I showed my coupon for two foot-longs for $13.99, he let me scan it and told me that it would be $20.83.
When asked, he said that the bacon was extra? How so? When it’s a chicken-bacon ranch.
He told me that I had ordered; the “special” chicken bacon ranch, instead of the number 20. I tried to get him to show me where that was on the menu, things got awkward. He then muttered that it would be $14.83, and walked away.
Flagrant upcharging, and a willingness to try to screw the customer if given the chance. 🫤

So I suggested to my husband to get a protein bowl , elite bacon ranch. I was horrified for him because when he opened it up sitting on the top with tons of dressing (which was disgusting) was accompanied by this big pile of uncooked bacon. That's going to get somebody really sick! Also there seems to be a communication gap as one time i didn't get a fountain drink on account that the fountain soda machine was down. I was trying to understand as they weren't offering me anything in place of it except for water I can get water at home and it probably would taste much better. When it was run by the previous owners it just seemed much better kept and consistent. No cutting corners to save money, either. It's just not right It's going to get people really sick ! 😷 🤢

They forgot to put any vegetables on my sub, only put one slice of meat. I called and they couldn’t understand me and thought I was trying to place an order. Unbelievable

Would give 0 stars. New owners ruined this store. Made me stop buying subway. The franchise should discontinue this location
Used to love this Subway, but it’s been terrible since new ownership/management has taken over. Employees don’t seem to understand what they’re making. Subs are sloppy. Found a hair in a sub, as well as a piece of some sort of unidentified plastic. Bacon was raw. They only had 2 sodas in the soda fountain that weren’t out of order and only two kinds of chips, compared to the 10-20 options most Subways have. Will absolutely not be back and recommend that others support the various other restaurants in the area.
Ordered a tuna sub for pick up. Hardly any tuna. Sloppy, looked like whoever made it just threw small handfuls on the sandwich.
New owner and new staff are incredibly rude.
Usually very clean. Staff is Usually very friendly and I've never had a meal that wasn't very fresh and prepared in a prompt and accurate manner
We always loved this shop. Today we learned it was under new ownership because the food was horrible. The new owner is rude and didn't fix our soggy subs on stale bread.
We ordered on the app. and just went in and got our bag and went home.
Bread was old, less then half of normal stuff on the subs.

My last 3 orders from this store has been consistently bad. The staff appears to be not trained on assembly standards as it is either missing ingredients, messy or smashed when wrapped. Also, tipping a store front only supports class apathy. The employees deserve more from their employers...not the customer.
