On top of delicious smoothies, this location has exceptional staff! I accidentally dropped/spilled my smoothie immediately after grabbing it off of the to go station and the team was so kind about it and quick to remake it for me. This type of kindness/service does not go unnoticed :)

Came in to try the lillo & stitch smoothie and they was out of the blue berry needed. However I had the watermelon mojito with a chicken quesadilla. Sooo good and the cashier was soo friendly.

So, the team on duty is always cordial and professional. One time, they saw me pull in the parking lot, and had my wife's order ready before I even ordered it. Great team, great store!!!!!!

I got a smoothie last night at 7:50pm. my order number was 34921934491755 and let me just say it was the WORST smoothie I have ever had from them and I go to this tropical smoothie a lot!!! There was chunks of fruit and blobs of whey protein all throughout the smoothie plus a whole other cup of smoothie she immediately threw away instead of giving me my extras which I normally would get! AND just to top it all off the service was terrible, the person who served me was a girl with glasses and curly hair, named “Cassidy”. She seemingly had an attitude the whole time and was clearly in a rush and couldn’t make my smoothie correctly. Very disappointed with this outcome and definitely would recommend some new training on Cassidy so this doesn’t happen to other customers. Just saying, don’t let Cassidy make your smoothie!

I got there at 8:40 and they said they couldn’t make any food because they already turned off their ovens. They close at nine. I’ve worked in lots of food service places, and I’ve never done that to a customer
