The food/drinks are delicious! However, it might be a good idea to order on line 1st before going there. They are very busy and move along as fast as they can. However, everything takes time to do your order...on top of everyone else's. So take my advise, Save time, Order on line!

On May 2nd, I placed an order for a few flatbreads and a Thai salad. When I got home, I realized that the salad was a wrap and didn't have any avocado in it, even though I was charged for it. Furthermore, my Chipotle flatbread tasted like peanut butter, and it turned out that there was peanut butter on it. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake. Luckily, I am not allergic to peanut butter. However, it was shocking that such an error could happen. The restaurant said they would refund my money(I didn't ask for it), but to this day, I have not received any refund, and I am no longer worried about it.

Didn't realize the menu was this big. Breakfast all day - the Dark Knight approves. Sunday afternoon they were packed! One size - Large - in comparison to Batmanjawn. Looks like a popular spot for athletes and families competing at the Spooky Nook complex. Took a while and we waited longer because nobody called our name out. ?♂️ They just put it in the counter. A little chaotic with all the citizens attempting to I.D. their orders.---Updated from 3 to 4 stars for the responsiveness and to my review! Thank you!

We had a terrible experience, we literally had the server that made our food, slam it down on the counter and push it toward us, almost throwing it at us. And the person taking the order was upset we questioned why we were charged different prices for deleting one ingredient and replacing with extra of another. On the app we did not get charged extra but in the store we did.I asked the server what the problem was and she said it’s because we questioned the price and said they are supposed to charge us extra, that was her reasoning for being so rude to my wife and I!! We Asked for the manager to call us and she would not and then contacted tropical smoothie corporate with a complaint And they would not call us back either. Unbelievable that we were treated this way. I’ve never experienced something like that before, and all the years and I was in the food service Industry for quite a few years, Never would’ve done something like this. I’ve been in customer service, my whole life and customers are supposed to be treated with respect and should be thanked for their business even if the customer is wrong, which we were not in this case. That was the other thing when we do go into this location they never say hello and they never say thank you for your order, in fact, before the food was thrown at us, my wife said thank you to the server as she was walking toward us, and she was shocked that a young girl could act that way .

Nice affordable place to grab a simple breakfast or lunch. This is my default place to get lunch. They are quick to get you served. Expect to pay between $8 to $15 for a meal, drink, and dessert/side.
This is the second time that I have ordered from here and had hair in my food which is totally disgusting. I am a pregnant woman who just wants to be healthy which does not include hair. I will not be returning.
Food is delicious and smoothies are great! My complaint is how dirty everything is! The tables were sticky and a layer of dust on lights and fans. Bathroom is disturbing!
