Out of three trips this year, I've twice now been shorted items from my order. Last time, I went back to get them. (hash browns) Today, I just kept on driving. (2 pumpkin loaf slices) Despite using the mobile app both times, the orders took a long time, and they didn't have items I ordered available. Today they subbed out 6 random donuts for my 35 munchkins. WHY ARE THEY ALWAYS OUT OF MUNCHKINS! The service is meh and the donuts were dry. I'm deleting the app giving up on Dunkin.

Standard dunkin food, but the service is always really fast, and the people there are super friendly. Once i went there a few times they started to recognize my name and now know exactly who it is in the drive through based on the order. Awesome people. Awesome place. I go out of my way to go here anytime I want fast breakfast because they are so great.
