I’ve always loved this Dunkin and have typically been served great food and drinks since I’ve been a customer here of several years. Today I ordered the veggie omelet and container of the avocado spread. The spread smelled and tasted of very potent chemicals and wasn’t really edible. I didn’t go back for a refund or anything simply because I was on a time limit. I’ve also never had an issue with the avocado spread on the toast just the prepackaged spread. Service was great as per usual just wasn’t expecting the bad food quality with the avocado.
Makes a great frozen mocha and it is the same every time I get one here.

I used to work here in 2018, and since then there's obviously a different crew in there, but lemme just say, these people are nothing short of amazing. The most friendly, cheerful, kind hearted souls, I literally have a brighter day when I leave the mansfield Dunkin Donuts, they always make me smile. And once they learn your name it's a first name basis everytime your there or go through the drive-thru. They take the time to greet you by name. They are just so sweet and professional, clean and so full of light. I love the crew that's running the mansfield dunkin, we may not be of the same race or culture, but they MAKE you feel like family or a friend, and I admire that so much, makes me smile everytime :) because WE R ALL A FAMILY just trying to make it on this day to day grind,
Everything is of course so yummy and fresh as well, and very clean. Xoxox hugs to the men ( and or women) that are in there working hard Day in and day out.

Very clean, the customer service is beyond friendly, down to a first name basis with alot of their regulars. They are the kindest, warmest, hard working staff in that dunkin location right now, and they don't hesitate to fix something If it needs correction, 5 star
