I had the best experience at this KFC the staff were super friendly and helpful the restaurant is super clean and taken care of I 10/10 recommend eating dinner and lunch here.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my daughter while we were out shopping. There was a decent amount of staff working, but service was extremely slow. I overheard several people who had mistakes and/or missing items in their orders, and others who had waited quite a while for their food. The dining area wasn't dirty, but it wasn't overly clean either. The food was fresh, which was nice, but it wasn't anything special. I think we'll stop somewhere else next time.

Forgot half of my food and the phone number for them is actually the phone number to a strip club in Pottsville PA so could not even call to have problem fixed!!! Fix your phone number at least!!!!!

I waited over 15 minutes for a sweet tea bucket, for a DoorDash order I was picking up for a customer. Restaurant wasn’t even busy, as other customers were being taken care of, but the minute I stepped up to the counter, no one even the girl that handed me the sweet tea bucket, would even acknowledge my presence or say anything. This place has been through several hands of management over the past few years, and I can see why. The staff and their customer service, is a joke. No one there is professional, or care to acknowledge customers as they walk in. They’re more focused on getting orders out, of which they’re slow at doing. The fact I waited over 15 minutes for a drink in a bag is totally uncalled for. Management alone should be ashamed. Seriously, what a joke this place is.
