Ordered our food for dine in before the drive through had anyone in it. We waited roughly 20 minutes for our food but they kept pushing out drive through orders. There was a lot of shouting about orders but didn't seem to have any organization. When paying we asked for corn bread, not a problem. When we finally got our food, we reminded the young lady at the counter about the cornbread. She grabbed and squeezed the biscuits in her hands before replacing them. The food was good considering.

I haven’t been to KFC in a long time. Today I decided to go to the one in Mansfield. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal (large) I have to say…The sandwich was piping hot! (Awesome) It was crispy, perfectly cooked and the flavor of not only the chicken but the sauce blew me out of the water. I’m not normally impressed with fast food, but whoever cooked my meal today deserves a raise!! When I took out the large fry I was expecting it to be lacking like McDonald’s or most fast food joints, but this large fry box was PACKED. And good lord those fries were seasoned and crispy to perfection. Is that some sort of breading on them? I don’t know, but by far the best fry’s I ever had. Let me just say, for $11 bucks? This meal will have you stuffed. And I’m a big guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The chicken is always hot and fresh. The only issue is they don't cook as much chicken so they tell people there's a 10-15 minute wait. I believe that its better to cook extra chicken during lunch and evening time instead of winging it out. This is a chicken place, so why would they tell people to wait, because they did not cook enough chicken for lunch and evening. They need to correct their orders as well because sometimes they are giving out custom pieces that I did not order. Learning to read is very important in a busy establishment like KFC.
I paid $15 for the 45 fried pickles but got less than 30. I am so disgusted with how they screwed me over. I will never buy from there again especially since I had to sit and wait and still didn't get the proper amount. I advise everyone to make sure and check ur food before you leave because if they screwed me over one 1 family order I can only imagine what there doing to individual ones.

I had ordered on the app and went to pick up my order and it felt like walking into an oven. It has been very hot for a few days. I can't believe that there was no air-conditioned turned on. Go's to show they dont care about their employees or customers. With the heat index reaching 100 degrees. That is just ridiculous not to have ac on.
