The chicken is always hot and fresh. The only issue is they don't cook as much chicken so they tell people there's a 10-15 minute wait. I believe that its better to cook extra chicken during lunch and evening time instead of winging it out. This is a chicken place, so why would they tell people to wait, because they did not cook enough chicken for lunch and evening. They need to correct their orders as well because sometimes they are giving out custom pieces that I did...

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my daughter while we were out shopping. There was a decent amount of staff working, but service was extremely slow. I overheard several people who had mistakes and/or missing items in their orders, and others who had waited quite a while for their food. The dining area wasn't dirty, but it wasn't overly clean either. The food was fresh, which was nice, but it wasn't anything special. I think we'll stop somewhere else next time.

This was a decent location. It was clean. It's either a new location or has been recently remodeled.

Wheelchair accessibility: All emenities were in place and well maintained. A patron used the wheelchair access prior to our arrival as they were seated in the dining room. Parking was clearly marked and had ample space.
