What a great restraunt..The waitresses are absolutely amazing...

Food was cold no sugar at the table asked for extra napkins didn't get asked ,2 different waitresses for sugar only got 3 packs ordered French toast it was like they pre made it and just thru it on the grill and flipped it then put it on a plate had to ask for butter took forever for the waitress to get it. If ever in this area again I won't stop there

Just had a great meal at Perkins restaurant in mansfield steak with peppers and onions with mushroom skillet followed by banana cream pie will be stopping back..awesome food and the waitress Helena great hostess..

Kira or Kyra was our waitress. She was excellent. Great attitude , great service. She was working short staffed the first day we had breakfast and stayed on top of everything. She was a joy to see in the morning.

This is the second time we've come here and have recieved our food before our beverages...
Tonight specifically we waited 32 minutes before we were greeted by our server. We ordered everything as soon as we were approached.
Our appetizer came out wrong, and was never remade correctly. She put it down on our table, i said this is supposed to have no jalapenos or tomatoes on it. She left it and said oh sorry be right back. My hubby was starving so he ate the messed up app by himself because he was tired of waiting for the correct appetizer to come out. I asked where the app was after our entrees came out and she said she would ask. She came back and said the correct appetizer never came because we ate what she gave us and the manager can only give a discount to the replacement appetizer if we still wanted it... they weren't going to remake the order for the whole table to try the app.

Meanwhile we finished the appetizer and still no drinks...
The entrees come out 5 minutes after the appetizer, and then our drinks.

By this time we have been waiting over an hour and a half.

There was a big party in the back room, so we expected the food to be delayed... but not our beverages. I didnt expect poor management of the floor. I didnt expect poor customer service, i didnt expect incorrectly delivered food to be disregarded and fully paid for. We paid for our food and tipped appropriately. If the waitress corrected her errors and the manager tried to make things right for the customer she would have gotten our normal 25% tip... im a waitress myself. I understand the business.

So we watched many tables come in after us, get their drinks and food before we even got acknowledged by our server.

So when I paid the manager, he asked how everything was and I said not very good, things could have been a whole lot better. He just kept quiet and asked if I wanted my receipt. No thank you. No come again. Nothing.

As sad as it is, we will not be back to this location. The food is excellent when the servers can keep up with the kitchen. Even the hostess could have helped the server with getting drink orders... or giving us to another server who wasn't so overwhelmed... anything could have made us happy but what actually happened...

Absolutely horrible food. Don’t waste your time and money.

Our server was wonderful. There was hardly anyone there when we were sat. It took forever for our meals. The pot roast sandwich was supposed to come with caramelizes onions, pot roast and cheese. It came out with a handful of raw red onions and five tiny pieces of meat. Absolutely horrible

Lori was amazing juggling an understaffed restaurant with no help from our personal server who was Ashley. We never saw Ashley after we ordered. Forgot half our food and never refilled our waters.
