My daughter and I both have Celiac disease and have a terrible time finding gluten free food when we travel especially. This place was a blessing! I hadn’t had cookies that good in years and the waffle pizza was amazing and filling.
An absolute must stop for all riders and everyone else. The chicken bacon salad wafflewich was out of this world followed by incredible and unique donuts which at this point it's hard to call these donuts because it's quite literally something else! The lunch stop filled my tummy and cured my two day headache, I'm in disbelief. Oh and everything here is gluten free which I take means I can EAT MORE! :)) Ahmazing!

Stacy Kay has the best tasting food I've had in a long time, fresh and an amazing variety.I recommend this place, for its 100% gluten free whether or not you have to eat gluten free or not you will not be disappointed!
