This location is awesome, at least in my experience. Busloads of students stopping in unexpectedly after Mansfield University's musical for area K-12 districts, and the staff here didn't skip a beat. Orders were correct, staff handled the rush perfectly. The manager walked around checking that everything was correct, and talked to the students about if they liked the show. This is how I wish all fast food places would be!

I donāt even know where to start service is very slow cold half the time the meat seems to be really old. The service seems to be a lot of drama between the employees again that seems to be the new norm.

No, someone who personally works. There was taken advantage of treated poorly, but yet they have an employee that put their hands on another employee and fire the one that didnāt do anything plus, the fact they have an employee that sleeps in his car in the parking lot and along withthey donāt even pay attention to orders I work for Autozone last week. I went through drive-through to get something for breakfast and they ended up charging me for the car behind me. I would not recommend going to this place of business.
Every single time I go, something on my order is wrong. I donāt have time, since I go before an appointment, to go back through the drive through to get it fixed. Theyāre not anything extra Iām even asking for. A fork for my baked potato? A straw for my soda? Sauces? Very discouraging, Iāll just go to KFC or Taco Bell when they open.
