It was overall good pizza but we only trird some of the specialty pizzas they had. They wouldnt make my top 50 list but I would have to come back and try a normal pizza. Worth giving them a try if you see something that catches your eye on the menu.
We came down from stoudsburg to compare maple glen and verona cheesesteaks. Maple glen flat out had better tasting cheesesteaks and the vodka chicken cheesesteaks was top tier. They are alot smaller than verona but also 2 dollars cheaper and more seasoned and flavorful. However $30 for a vodka pizza with no protein is absolutly ludacris! Your vodka sauce is great but thats just greedy. It was good but not worth that price. Veronas pizza has you beat to be honest. That being said...
We visited because we heard they had great cheesesteaks. Hubby got a regular cheesesteak, no onions, on a regular roll. Nice amount of meat…he loved how the cheese was blended with the meat. He enjoyed it a lot! I had a pizza steak with onions on a seeded roll. I felt that the meat was a little dry and needed more seasoning. The onions were good, but the chunks were a little too big. While traditionally, the sauce and cheese is on top of the pizza steak… I think this...
