Clean the windows . They are cloudy or dirty?? The waitress was sweet... the owner, I presume, needs customer service skills. Felt like I was dealing with some new york city jerk... not a nice rural PA small town business.

I ordered delivery from mapleton OIP on 5-16-23. Me and my father both got subs. I got a steak&cheese he got a cold ham sub with LTO. I didn’t have one complaint with my sub very well proportioned, a lot of meat and cheese. His looked and tasted amazing as well. Bread was nice and soft and everything tasted great! Definitely will be coming back for the sandwiches.

The waitress was very nice, her service was good. BUT..That place is in desperate need of a good cleaning, maybe the dreary wall color is to try to hide the fact the floors need a deep scrubbing. The salt and garlic shakers were so tacky I cringed when I touched them. The breaded cauliflower I got wasn't cooked long enough, I should of sent it back, but didn't I did however send my Stromboli back when I cut it and saw the cheese wasn't even melted. Will not eat there again that's for sure.

I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni half cheese upon delivery the pizza was wrong. I called in immediately. I was told that they could replace the pizza next time I called. That was today. I called in for it to be replaced and was told I could not have it replaced by delivery, which was the original method of the pizza they incorrectly made, unless I paid a $15 delivery fee or order. I already paid for this pizza and tipped the driver. I’m absolutely going to have a charge back issued to my card!! Unacceptable. Horrible customer service as we as honoring their commitment to correct a mistake!!!

Great pizza and stromboli. Friendly service and you really get your money's worth everytime. They have daily deals that help you to get the most for your money. Will be going back there again real soon.
