I went in seafood connection last night and purchased $73 worth of food. Im a frequent customer might I add. Me and Jane (the owner) is on first name basis. The food was horrible. The fish was not done, the shrimps was mushy and the corn was old and had a bad taste to it. I went there this AM to get some of my money and she would not refund NONE of it. She called the cops on me and everything. That is the LAST TIME I will EVER purchase anything from her establishment. F??K you Jane!!

Just brought some crabs and there all almost empty inside and was charged $35 a dozen for the mediums. Will not buy crabs from there ever again. This is not the first time this has happened. I wish I could give no stars ????

I purchased large crabs for the first time, and sadly, it will be the last!!! Every single one of my crabs was empty. Not one single one was decent. I was beyond disappointed and livid.

Every year I get a bushel of xlarge crabs, 12lb order of mussels &10 lb order of snow crabs. They never disappoint!

They don’t even pick up the phone. 1lb of shrimp was even a pound and didn’t even come with the corn, potatoes, or broccoli. They’re very stingy with the seafood given and they’re obviously scamming with the amount given since I didn’t get a pound like I paid for

Tried them for our family crab feast as our normal go to was closed on Sundays. So happy we gave them a try! Perfectly seasoned, less expensive than our normal go to, and the crabs were a good size.

Warning do not buy the snow crab clusters! I bought some and when I got home and opened the package, the claws were cracked and black and the crab bodies were black. The case is fogged up so you can’t see what they look like. This place has gone down hill since the new owner Jane took over and when you complain the owner is mean and yells at you. The seafood is overpriced. I’m counting the days when you are out of business.

I just had a bad interaction with seafood connections owner Jane. I call just before closing and she answers the phone. I ask what size blue crabs to you have she replies small, medium, large, extra-large, and then she says oh I’m sorry just medium and large. And then ask her will she be able to cook them she says if you place the order now over the phone and by time you get here will be closing. And then proceeds to tell her I want one dozen of crabs she says large or extra large I said oh you have extra-large I’d like extra large please. I get to the store and it was about five people in the store at a time. My order was ready within 10 minutes .I get the bag, And look into see that she has mixed small and medium crabs and maybe two large crabs in my bag as I complain she says I am the best in town and see this is why all the people come to me you call me tomorrow and you’ll be happy . I’m not happy. This is not what you agreed to over the phone and this is not what I just paid for. The only resolution was to give my money back but you tell me all these extra large crabs…. I won’t be spending my my money with seafood connection any longer. Lesson learned Jane don’t lie to your customers because we write reviews
