Every item I ordered was delicious. Crabcake Benedict, Breakfast potatoes, coffee. And the most delicious cinnamon bun I have ever tasted. Baked on the premises. Every employee had a smile on their face and they were engaging. I cannot say enough good things about the owner. A very nice man willing to sit down and have a conversation with perfect strangers. Prices are very reasonable.
I was just there Monday, the 24th. All I got was a bagel and coffee. Sat at the counter. Service was great and the food came up quickly. When you order your meal, The girl (s) who are waiting/serving you, put the order in quick and your meal comes out just as quickly, served fresh, hot and ready to be eaten.
My husband and I have been patrons of the Chi Cafe for almost 30 years. Food is always great. Breakfast happens to be my favorite but the lunch is incredible too. The staff greet you as soon as you walk in the doors and always keep smiles on their faces. Plus, the fact that it doesn't cost a fortune is appreciated.
