Every thing I’ve ever gotten from here is so delicious and fresh!! The pho with shrimp is sooo good, the broth is flavorful and the portion size is big! Definitely recommend this place.

We called to ask if I could order the curried seafood without the crab and the person said yes, just state that in the Special Requests, which I did. I also ordered pho with grilled chicken as stated in the Special Requests. When we got home the curried seafood had the rubber-like crab I asked to not be included and the pho had poached chicken instead of the grilled chicken. We have been a customer for over TEN YEARS! If they do not treat a loyal customer with respect and do not give them what was ordered in our $50 order, and this is not the first time, then I have no choice but to not go back. We did call and they offered a pitiful $10 for the $18.95 curried seafood and the $12.95 pho, thus we paid $31.90 - $10.00, = $21.90 for THEIR MISTAKE. I did not get what I paid for! Why should I go back after they have made so many mistakes?

The recipes have been different and they keep telling me no one can make the Taro anymore. Today I ordered on their website and the description said my food comes with soup and a salad and neither were in the bag.

There were mouth prints on the cups given out, and there was a cockroach crawling throughout our booth. There was a hair in the menu we were given and overall it wasn’t an appetizing experience.

My daughter and I order regularly from here. We are convinced that their Pho has healing properties and it cannot be beat. We have tried other places but it never quite lives up to the Oriental Pearl. I highly recommend this place.
