I order a traditional Ruben sandwich. It had 2.5 cm flat rectangular meat. Sauerkraut lightly sprinkle on the sandwich. It had a strange taste and smell. I sent the sándwich back and the waitress seemed okay with the return. It was an Awkward situation after the return. when we received the bill still was charged for the sandwich and not the cheaper replacement. Customer service and hospitality training needed. The manager or owner never came to see what was the problem. The other person order chicken fingers and it was okay.

I was driving with my family and decided to stop at this diner. The waitress was very unfriendly. The food is the worst place I have been in the last few years. The steak meat was old and very watery. I couldn't eat a bite. The mashed potatoes were cold. The cheese sticks were from Walmart. And the chicken soup was also made of preservatives. Conclusion: A disgusting place to eat. Avoid this place. It's a shame Google doesn't have 0 stars.

The food was good, price fair and the service was good. The only complaint is the tv being on a news channel. I don't want to see the world burning while I'm eating breakfast. Maybe throw on the discovery channel or something positive.
