I cannot imagine how anyone is giving poor reviews. This is the best "bar food" I've ever had. The cheese steak is amazing, chicken Philly is amazing, fries are beyond amazing.

Wing kings has much better prices. BSBs won't make it selling 13 wing dings for $20. That's insane. Wings shouldn't cost over $1 a wing.

Waiting to pick up wings for 30 minutes and no employee has even come to the front. There are approximately 10 other people here waiting as well, some much longer than me. It's 35 minutes past my latest pick up time... which isn't the issue the lack of costumer service is disappointing, even someone poking their head out to say they'll be with us would be helpful.
After being put on hold 3x I got someone to finally place my order. I was told my order would be ready in 30-35 minutes. When I arrived 35 minutes later there were 5 people waiting for their orders. No one was working the front counter. The phone was ringing off the hook. There was only 2 teenagers working. More people arrived and still waiting. It's been 1 hour now and I am still waiting for my order along with a few other people. I finally got my order after 70 minute wait. Hope the wings are worth the wait!

Waited over an hour for my order when they told me that it would be done in 25min. Even when I specifically asked for my wings to not ne over cooked, they were like eating leather. This place is horrible.

Big Shot Bobs has mediocre wings at best. They charge extra for sauce on the side, which makes no sense because it's less sauce than if you get it on the wings. They're soggy by the time they get home. A fairly fatty gristly wing to begin with. Pittsburgh and the surrounding area isn't good for wings in general, but this is sub par for even that.
