My wife and I stopped at the Mars location, waitress was very nice.
Unfortunately my lemon garlic chicken sucked, the chicken was thin and small not very good texture chewy or cutting it. I would have returned it but I had a early lunch and was extremely hungry.
This was the 2nd time I got a dinner with chicken and both times ( 2 locations) has the same experience.
My wife had the steak salad which is always a good choice.

We really enjoyed our breakfasts. It was really crowded Sunday late morning. I could see that wasn't the best time to be here for breakfast but after a wait, everything came out and the food was good. Our server was very busy but managed to get back to fill our coffee cups several times. She worked hard to keep us satisfied and not in want.

Got the farmhouse feast for Thanksgiving. It was perfect and has been for the last 15 years.

I do not usually review a restaurant but I feel I should in this case Our party of 4 arrived at 7:05pm took 10 minutes to get a table cleared in a half filled restaurant our order was taken in good time but took 30 minutes to arrive at the table all were from the breakfast menu one of the meals was satisfactory
mine was toast and scrambled eggs eggs were cold and the toast was slathered with margarine/butter which I had to wipe off with a napkin the two omelets were a fried egg folded over a mix of peppers ham and cheese that was still cold In the past Bob Evans has been a place to stop and have a good meal Not in this case it may have been my last

The staff is always very friendly and efficient here.
The food is standard Bob Evans,
Sorry about only four stars, but I only give 5s for something that is really amazing. Realistically it would get about a 4.5

At 1st I wasn't going to submit anything, but after careful thought, I felt the need to.
On a positive note, you are blessed to have Lana (I believe that is her name). As the only server on duty today (10/25/24, approximately 2p.m.).....she was running her rump off to take care of so many patrons.
2ndly, the meals were fabulous....both quantity and quality....not to forget, nice price also.
Our only concern, was the water. Normally, that is all my wife has with her meal no matter where we dine. She took 1 drink and asked me to taste it. Trust me when I say, it tasted bad....wasn't a smell that I could detect, but it almost tasted stagnant.
Not wanting to stir the pot by saying anything right then and there (because you were short staffed) was my decision....so I told my wife to order a different drink...Pepsi, coke, whatever.
We weren't out of your parking lot 100 feet, I had to pull over and let her out of the car to vomit.
I know that there has been construction on your road for some time and was wondering if maybe your pipelines were disturbed during that time frame!?!.
Call it a fluke if you wish....but we believe the water caused her issue.

This place smells of urine. It hits you as soon as you enter. What the hell? We turned around and left.

Went to pick up take out, stood at counter for 10 min.after saying good am to older grumpy lady with glasses who ignored me.Then I watch her drop someone's toast on the floor and put it back on the plate.Overheard her complaining about everything and everyone. Now to the food...eggs were like rubber, bisquits were like rocks and everything was cold...pathetic, stay away.

Bypass. HUMAN HAIR from the cook (beard/mustache) tucked under a piece of ham. With the ROOT CLEARLY VISIBLE. No apologies from management only the NOTHING DONE TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT FROM MANAGEMENT.
No enforcement of keeping all foreign matter from cook staff out of customers food.

Husband and I were in cranberry, Pittsburgh for the dedication of the newest temple and after we decided to go here for some good food I had the skillet breakfast with biscuits and my husband had the western omelette but his steak wasn’t cut up into pieces 🤷‍♀️. Food was decent, waitress was horrible she forgot the things we asked for before our meal came out, and was very slow with service as well.

NEVER NEVER NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!! For what me and my wife paid for a meal there was hardly anything on the plate!! Not sure if the cook was lazy or this is common practice. If I was by myself I would have returned it and asked for my money back! I'd be embarrassed to bring this to someone's table and ask them to pay for it!!
