We experienced a great breakfast with friends we had not seen in a long time. The staff and manager were very busy and overcame a few complications with absolute grace. We had a wonderful experience.

We were here on Thanksgiving and the wait staff was super friendly and cheerful. The food was great and the waitress gave us extra biscuits at no cost. We will visit here in the future when we are in PA.

The food at Bob Evans is always solid (we’ve ordered the Thanksgiving Feast before and it’s genuinely good), which is why we pre-ordered the $140 family bundle yesterday for pickup today.
Less than an hour before our scheduled time we got a single text that the entire order was cancelled. We had no reason, no apology, no heads-up. Called the restaurant and finally got manager Jerri on the line. She was polite, said she’d look up the order number and get back to us… then nothing. It’s now been over 30 minutes of dead silence while we’re still sitting here on Thanksgiving with no dinner and two little kids asking what’s going on.
We’re not mad at the kitchen or the food quality; this is purely about the pre-order system completely failing on the one day nobody can afford it to fail. Followed by being left on hold/abandoned after the manager said she’d help.
Really hope corporate and the store figure out a better process (and maybe a callback) before other families get stuck the same way.

The waitress was very nice so was the hostess. It was also a clean restaurant with clean tables good temperature, but although the food didn’t take long to arrive, it did arrive cold and non appetizing.

Waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Big varity of menu items. Was there for breakfast on a Friday morning around 9am - Not to busy. Service was extremely slow for simple breakfast meals for a group of 5. Portions and presentation were average. Ordered a breakfast bowl (everything breakfast). Sausage was so salty that taste overpowered the other ingredients. Upon coffee refill, waitress dropped hot coffee on my friends leg, she was apologetic but not the most ideal situation. Offered to go cups on our way out. Overall an ok to grab breakfast.

We stopped to eat breakfast before we started our long trip home. I wish I could remember our waitresses name. She was amazing. Our food came out so quick and it was delicious. We definitely will be back next time we're in town.
