Excellent Mothers Day menu didn't have to deal with buffet very good drinks.
Service was great. The food was middling. The Southern fried chicken was boarding on burned, the brisket was dry as others mention, some food was just overpriced.
The food has always been good here. Unfortunately, we had a subpar waiter who not only never checked on us after dropping off drinks, messed up our orders, but even as his manager was explaining it to him, he refused to acknowledge or apologize for his mistakes. He actually turned and walked away while she was talking. She did try to offer new food, but it was late, so she deducted everything from our bill, got new drinks, and checked on us.
Came into the restaurant after calling to see if the kitchen was still open. The hostess who answered the phone said yes. Sat down and waited about 10 -20 min and not a single person came over. The service here has always been sub par but we have been supporters bc we believe in supporting local. The attitudes and looks we got made it extremely uncomfortable. Have had breakneck multiple times and enjoyed but it’s over now. Seems par for the course for the ownership group based on the reviews at their other establishments. I don’t recommend this spot to anyone.
Food was good. Cocktails were terrible. Ordered an old fashioned - it was basically clear. Big ice cube yet totally watered down. Ordered another and it was the color of a cola - so much bitters. Inconsistent.
Never sent a drink back before - yet they still charged me.
They were busy on a Friday night, which is understandable, but service was overall slow and still got charged for the bad drink I sent back.
Food was good. Nice variety of choices on menu. Drinks, so e were great & so.e were not good. Place was clean and nice spacing between tables. Service was very slow and mediocre at best. Would give it another try do to atmosphere and menu variety.
It's too bad we have to say that we should have had heat on at the end of May but it was definitely drafty the patrons had their jackets on and the only reason the servers weren't cold is cuz they were super busy servers were excellent the climate was a little chilly
Fantastic place to have a great meal. Service was excellent and we were seated immediately. The food was tasty and cooked to perfection. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the air conditioner was cranked up and it was very cold. However it was worth it because it made me want to order the potato and sausage beer cheese soup. Breakneck burger was excellent and my wife loved her Southern chicken sandwich. Plenty of available parking as well.
Great place. My Bison Burger was excellent. Good fries. Good service. Good prices. Extensive beer, wine, cocktail’s selection.
There are limited food options but plenty of drinks. Brisket was super chewy, perhaps warmed up multiple times. Crab cakes were oily and steak was somewhat average. Would take a while to visit again…

Stopped in on a rainy day right before the Kentucky derby…. Great full service at the bar. Loved the beers on tap and the most popular dish seems to be the clams. Very good! Also try Beet salad, Shrimp Étouffée is not a traditional version
Parking is always a problem, and it's usually loud is the eating areas.
Even though Breakneck was packed. We had reservations and was seated on time. Service was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Food preparation was long. Brussels sprouts were rock hard. Tocos not good. Crab cake cold. They need an update on menu.
I was there with my friends and Frank took care of us. He was awesome we couldn’t have asked for a better bartender. Thanks Frank you rock!!!
