Not just bad service, but offensive and ignorant service. If Low-Class Sally is waiting on you, run away. Not subject yourself to get ignorance. My family and I were relaxing after a long day at the hospital after losing our Dad/Grandfather. We sat at a table (#1 in the photo) initially. She saw us sit down, didn't come over to the table until I flagged her down. We bought a bottle of wine, she brings it over and plops the bottle on the table with 2 glasses. Couldn't be bothered to serve the wine or even open it for us. We st there enjoying the wine for an hour then moved to another table (#2 in the photo) with our two adult children, as we moved, I went over to let her know that we were moving tables. After waiting for 15-20 minutes with no service from Low-Class Sally, I again waved to her. She comes over, I asked for the check, which she retrieves. I explained that they would like to order food. She said that we could all move to the dining area, 20 feet away or pick the food up at the bar because she was so busy. (Literally 2 bartenders at a sleepy hotel bar and <10 customers nursing drinks). She never came back to the table. However, we did get to see her mimicking us and making fun of us to other customers. My wife returned after we left to nicely explain that we were disappointed with her service and attitude... and she doubled down on ignorant. Again, as my wife walked away, Low-Class Sally went over to 2 bar flies and told them about how my wife was complaining.

There was a very limited menu for Valentine's day. Not many choices at all. The steak on the caesar salad was thin and fatty and the lettuce was all hard lettuce. Not enjoyable at all. The burger had no taste and the cheddar cheese on it tasted like plastic. The service was ok she could have checked on us more frequently. We will not be back.

Needed a place for a last minute new years eve date. Food was good and well priced. A little noisy given it's in the hotel lobby and open.
I think it might be a good place to go for Happy Hour, or a regular meal, but not for Thanksgiving. The buffet was in where they have their complimentary breakfast. When we arrived, the food had been sitting for awhile, and was not very appealing. When they brought out fresh food, it was a bit better. It was not at all what I expected. Next year I think we will go to an actual restaurant.
Nice bar located in the center of the Double Tree/ Hilton Cranberry. Very comfortable, great staff and good food options. Lots of seating options, makes it easy for business or leisure.

Here right now just disappointed with the rack of lamb. The potatoes make me feel sick. And the lamb was tiny. I don’t care about the price I just think if it’s advertised as “rack of lamb” I would think that’s gonna be enough food to fill a man up. Not me. No no no. I am very hungry. I also requested another drink that was ignored. Here 90 minutes and only one drink…
Had a reservation, the table was not ready when we arrived on time. Had to wait 20 minutes at the bar where they never looked my way or asked if I wanted a drink. Finally got my table 20 minutes after the reservation time. From there we waited 15 minutes for them to take our drink order. Then we waited another 10 minutes for water to be brought out. We then waited another 15 minutes before we decided to walk out, when we did, we noticed the drinks had not even been started. All in all, 1 hour of waiting for just water, our food order to not be taken, and our drinks to not had been even started.
Stayed at the doubletree and this restaurant was apart of the hotel anddddd I highly recommend here especially if you don’t wanna go anywhere from the hotel. The food is pretty good quality!!

The food was pretty good, wish they had more options. The waitress host lady was nice but not very attentive to our needs throughout the meal. I got a bbq flatbread ??

Ordered a burger on a busy night. Waited one hour. Bread was completely burnt from sitting under a lamp for that long. Getting it remade but something tells me they will still charge me for it.

The food was reasonably good and service was okay. It's located in the hotel lobby which is a nice atmosphere. There was a high-pitched whine coming from the hotel speakers that was slightly annoying. My burger was $17 and pretzel sticks were $13.
