Ordered a burger on a busy night. Waited one hour. Bread was completely burnt from sitting under a lamp for that long. Getting it remade but something tells me they will still charge me for it.

The food was reasonably good and service was okay. It's located in the hotel lobby which is a nice atmosphere. There was a high-pitched whine coming from the hotel speakers that was slightly annoying. My burger was $17 and pretzel sticks were $13.

We decided to stop in here over 3 years following COVID, which is the last time we frequented. Completely underwhelmed.I had my heart set on brussel sprouts and woodfired pizza - both at the same place. I had tried to call to get the hours and menu through the main number to no avail. Called 4 times. Rang incessantly 3 times, and the 4th time, I was put on hold and then dropped after waiting for over 5 minutes. Finally called back and went to the sales office and got through. They were great. They didn't have a menu at their fingertips, but they asked for my email and said they would send it. I got it from someone who followed up on behalf of the guy who I spoke to because his email was down. That was super nice. And, I got the menu again from the original guy when his email was up. Great job to the sales team!!Now, the food. Disappointed. The taste of the food was fair at best, and the preparation was not good. When you have a woodfire at your disposal, I would think the pizza would come out with blackened edges, browned / bubbly cheese, and some crisper spots. Nope. The pizzas were significantly undercooked and subpar. The crusts were very light, not browned at all, and the cheese was maybe just starting to melt...think luke warm. Same with the brussel spouts. Thought they would be crispy. They weren't. It was almost like they were boiled in a saucepan, a bit on the mushy side and just blah... We also got the ahi tuna salad, which was actually the best thing we ate, despite what I originally went in to order.Service was average. Saw a few things that the bartender was doing that I would highly recommend not being done in the food service industry, but not providing specifics. Could be a training opportunity... not looking to impact employment in my reviews.Might take another pandemic and 3+ years for us to even consider going back.PS. It was FREEZING in there. Bring a parka!

The food at the restaurant was great! Staff is very friendly. Food came out fast and at perfect temperature. Reasonably priced. Their own drinks they make were the bomb!! Would recommend if you're just traveling through or even for business conferences.

I wasn’t impressed. I wasn’t even satisfied. I only had breakfast there 1 day. The rest of the week I went offsite for breakfast. Lukewarm tasteless food. Decent service, but the food was pretty bad.

Food menu is very limited and quality has significantly since pre-covid.

We all enjoyed our first time at tapville. The concept is fantastic! Food was very good. Our server, Shalynn went out of her way to provide great service to our large group. She has the best personality - she was definitely a large contributor to our 5 star rating.

Their menu is much smaller than it was before Covid. Not impressed. Disappointing.....

Nice atmosphere, good server but $9 for soup that tasted like it came out of a can was a bit expensive.

I had breakfast which cost $18.00 plus tax. It was a buffet style and had scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, hash browns, sauteed mushrooms (I did not try), pancakes some assorted breads and pastries I did not sample. Coffee was warm but not hot, service was average, The next day I got the same breakfast, served to me, at Bob Evans for $12.19 plus tax. The coffee was hot.

The menu has been drastically reduced. I used to work here and stopped in to grab some great food I remember the place having and they having a tiny menu. Was told.its the new chef and being short staffed. Pretty saddening

Food was good. Service was as best as it could be with only 1 server! Was told after we received our drinks that the credit card machine was down And they could charge to the roomWell we were not staying there so... thankfully we had enough cash. We were going into order dinner but with the cash situation we only had appetizers.
