After some running around today, we stopped in and had a bite to eat It was my wife's first time here. The waitress was exceedingly gracious and hospitable, from our drinks to our dessert everything was grand and timely, and the hostess of the evening thanked us for stopping by so we will be back soon.

Super friendly staff! I have food allergies and am nervous when eating out. Our server was very knowledgeable about how dishes were prepared and was very helpful. My husband said the Ruben was to die for. We will definitely be back.

Ordered the 3rd street salad and the BBQ burger with fries. Food was good. We had Alex as our server. She was very friendly and helpful with our order and drinks.

Ripped me off by charging for things I didn't get and over charging for other things. I tried talking to the waitress who was dismissive. So I contacted the management. They never reimbursed me. Then promised to send a gift card but never sent it. Now ignoring my message. I will never step foot in a Max and Ermas again, as they clearly don't appreciate their customers.

I ordered the Irish pub burger. Sooo very good. Not over cooked and the burger was juicy! The seasoned fries were nice and hot when they arrived at the table. The iced tea was freshly made. Greg was my server and he was very friendly and attentive. If I have to critique anything, it would be the bathroom. Not very well cared for. It made me a bit hesitant to stay. I'm glad I did though! ?

We were seated quickly, and they had very good choices. Our waitress was Teresa (aka Terry) and she was very helpful. When we were considering a few options, she explained the differences. She came around to check things a few times and asked if we needed anything like condomints, breads or napkins. The prices were very reasonable for the area.

Got a burger and boyfriend got boneless wing special and both were great. Very good waitress also. Went early (3pm) so food came out fast. Not completely impressed w the cookies they sell, weren't horrible but wasn't fantastic either but for $1.69 it was cheap enough to not care either way

As out of town guests staying nearby we were hopeful for a good Pittsburgh experience as we remembered from our childhoodFrom the time we walked in to when we left it was a great experience.We were greeted by friendly staff seated where we wanted to be, asked for extra such and such food served promptly just the way we ordered. Alexandra was our waitress 7/11/22. She was friendly and attentive. The next night 7/12 Derek waited on us. He was very friendly as well Both of these kids must have gone through training- friendly without being gushy and quick to helpI highly recommend this place!J West from MD (Go Steelers!!!)

I want to give a huge shout out to Jodi. She was our server on the day that we ate at Max and Erma's on their first Tuesday reopening since Covid. Jodi is a hard worker and even though the restaurant was understaffed, she made sure our drinks and food came out in a timely manner. She was professional and you can tell that she is a hard work and loves what she does. Our food was fantastic! I highly recommend the Dynamic Duo for lunch. The Reuben was delicious as was the chicken tortilla soup. My daughter's steak was cooked the way she ordered it and she really enjoyed it. There are not a lot of Max and Erma's around Western PA now and our local one closed. We were excited to find one not too far away!
