this one person was just rude as crap throwing stuff out the window and what not i get it’s fast food and all but have some sort of respect for people i said thank you 4 times and nothing from this person just toss the food onto the next

Placed an online order for pickup to eat in, no problems.

Food was ok, but there was no sauce in the bag.

The older short manager proceeded to argue with me and tell me they were in the bag and I was lying. She would not give me sauce.

Thankfully another employee brought some over to me.

Highly don't recommend this McDonald's.

Lady at the drive thru chose to ignore us because we needed a few seconds to look at the menu. We had to go around and go to the other speaker to get our order taken. Terrible service. And the fries were stale.

Stop by here around 5:45pm through the drive through and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese the girl who ran my food I believe was the manager with a pink jacket got mad at me and absolutely looked like she didn’t shower in weeks and stunk really bad I wanted to puke ( I usually come around early lunch but got off late today) so I asked the nice cashier lady for my refund because I waited 10 minutes for my food I asked for no pickle on it which had extra pickle on it and she called for her manager but the manger refused to give me a refund because she was on break so I walked away definitely save your money and not waste your gas at this location

I came to get dinner around 6:30 there wasn’t a manager on the floor looked like maybe in the back the whole time touching food without gloves so I decided to get a refund like the other customers did in front of me then when I proceeded to ask for a refund she gave me the refund but with mean attitude like it was my fault. I’m definitely never coming back here again

I've never been to this McDonald's. When you go to McDonald's you know what you get. It's nice and clean so that's half the battle!

Every time I’ve come to this place, the wait is very long. I had never seen a McDonald’s take too long to get the orders out

Couldn't even tell you if it was good. Got there at 7:15 p.m. tonight and the doors were locked.

Delays have been terrible since just before Thanksgiving… Tonight was insane with the drive thru at an absolute standstill. Same goes for inside - super slowdown. Also the last time we got food here the cheeseburgers managed to have cheese on the burger but nothing else. No onions, pickles or ketchup. Service issues? Confusion with ordering? Going through the drive thru at this location is like taking a trip to the upside down. Not good.

Slow slow slow! have been waiting for over 10 minutes and the line has not moved (ordered at drive thru at 8:03 and received food at 8:28)! Ran out of CO2 for soda!?! Are you kidding me? I will be sure to travel to a different one in the future. Indoor service is closed at 8pm but advertised open until ten. Cold fires with no salt and hair in my food on top of all of that

We wanted to dine in, but the doors were locked at 8 o'clock. Service was extremely slow, and they forgot to give us our drinks. Had to ask multiple times for them.

Was extremely hungry, got a plain cheese burger, large fry, and a coke.
Took a drink of the coke, it was a diet coke, frys were completely lacking of salt, burger had ketchup and a bunch of stuff I didn't ask for. Just a complete waste of time and money, I could've gone to Wendy's and got the same stuff for cheaper! Completely irredeemabe.

Most incompetent staff I've ever witnessed manager included. Service EXTREMELY SLOW everyone from the person taking drive thru orders to the people at both windows acting like it's their first day on the job. I'm already late for church because of how long it took to find out our entire order is wrong and the kids are upset but I'm already late! Yes I'm heated i go back after church I don't want yalls buisness just give me my money back! She gives me back 26$ I paid 33$ bro WHAT IS UP WITH YALL! angrily which I'm not proud of ay man yall need to make this right! She comes back saying how I need to calm down and adds on 5$... last I checked 26 + 5 DOES NOT EQUAL 33$! At this point I just leave because what even is this how do any of you have a job. You guys SUCK sorry not sorry.
