What a wonderful evening at Speers! Everyone was so welcoming when we walked in. The food was amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly and we enjoyed the crab cake appetizer.

Wonderful - went for lunch today - excellent service from Tanner - outstanding drinks and the steak tartare was beyond delicious! Perfectly prepared ribeye and topped off with a yummy dessert! We’ve been here a few times before and definitely will be back.

The service was attentive. But, they must have a salt mine in the kitchen. Everything, everything, but the salad was salty. We brought the leftover steak home and fed it to the dogs.

Our eggs were cold..we were hungry.. started to eat as waitress wasn’t to be found..whe. She finally came around.. we were almost finished..she called the manager (who really didn’t care) so my treat was disappointing. $48.00 + tax..Some friends thought we were nuts. the only eight people plus the two of us in the restaurant. We go to Bartun House on a Saturday morning when they are jammed and our eggs Benedict come out hot and delicious and we don’t pay $48

Was in Friday for Happy Hour. The lobster slider was amazing. So much lobster meat! The bartender, Magee was very personable and never let my drink get empty. I definitely recommend the lobster slider and ask for Magee.

We were looking forward to our big date night and dressed well and loved the atmosphere. My cocktail was not what I ordered so I sent it back. We both ordered the filet, one medium ( but it was done well...no pink) but I didn't mind that, but the other ordered medium rare was completely overcooked. We sent that back, I finished my dinner alone, and the broccolini wasn't cooked well enough (hard to cut the stems). We then ordered one glass of the "house cabernet". only to be charged 27.00. (listed as the most expensive on the wine list.) Upon leaving I very politely expressed my concerns to the very polite manager(s), and was told they would pass them on. If there had been any suggestion about "comping" even the wine, or some other reason to want us to try Speers again we might have considered it.

Always seen the building - and last night stopped in at the bar to check it out. Asked the bartender Magee to just make me something fruity and non-alcoholic. He nailed it. And he was so pleasant! I noticed to everyone there. I will be back!
