We always love The Springfield Grille though it’s a luxury to go as it’s a but pricey. We’ve never been disappointed there though!

I went back to springfield for the first time in awhile and our server Capria was super friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions and went the extra mile to give me suggestions. The food turned out great and the seasonal drinks were good.

Our 20th wedding anniversary dinner something we planned last-minute so our boys and daughter could join us while home on break was completely torpedoed by our server, Kaprila (brunette, shorter, loud…. And as my daughter said “raunchy”. We expected a nice family night out. Instead, we spent the entire evening feeling like we were seated in the kitchen, not in a dining room.
From the moment she walked up, she never stopped running her mouth. Not friendly conversation just nonstop, intrusive commentary that made my wife cringe so badly she decided right then and there that we’ll be choosing a new anniversary tradition going forward. That’s how uncomfortable this experience was.
Because we were so close to the kitchen (yes, our fault for last-minute reservations), my kids spent their entire dinner listening to “kitchen talk,” gossip, and inappropriate conversations. At one point, we overheard her telling coworkers about how her boyfriend should be paying off her credit cards. Absolutely not what anyone wants to hear while trying to have a family meal let alone a milestone anniversary.
The whole thing was socially awkward, unprofessional, and honestly exhausting. We actually discussed leaving no tip ….something we almost never do ….because the service was that disruptive.
If management wants feedback: start with reminding your staff that guests come to eat food, not to overhear personal drama. And as for Kaprila at minimum, someone should gently suggest a volume control knob. At maximum? A muzzle might do the trick.
Needless to say, our 20th anniversary dinner became memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Met a friend for lunch, both ordered crab cake sandwiches. It was the smallest crab cake I have ever seen! $18, no sides included. Asked for a cup of soup and was told could only get a bowl. Left disappointed and hungry.

Ordered the thanksgiving meal for up to 6 people there is literally not enough food here for 6 adults maybe 2 adults and some kids but not 6 adults. Will eat it and see how it taste and come back for the updare!

From someone who rarely gives a positive review, my expectations have been exceeded and my compliments to all the people that make this place happen and an extra compliment on top of that to the chef :) Was there for lunch on Sunday and everyone really loved it and we all said how good our food was. Our waitress was also really great.

Lovely dinner with my daughter! We both opted for the shrimp scampi, which was delicious! Recommended!
Literally the best steak ever hade in my 14 years of experience. Ahi tuna was delicious. Server was really kind and took good care of us. I suggest the truffle sauce. Meatloaf was a delightful surprise. Made my day

Came here with my girlfriends . Spent two hours here with four of us on a Saturday night . Very normal amount of time to spend at dinner . As soon as we paid and were talking and finishing coffee and drinks the sever stood infront of our table rolling her eyes , slamming her tray , making us all uncomfortable because she wanted to flip he table . Took my friends coffee before she was even done . Never asked if we needed more water . I understand wanting to make money but that was extremely unprofessional.

I’ve been here many times. Me and my friend met up and had a great meal. My friend had the Grilled chicken salad with homemade Ranch dressing. I had one of the specials, Harvest Pork chops with apple/pear chutney on cheddar grits. You can’t go wrong getting a special or something off the regular menu. I’ve never had a bad meal here. If you can save room, the desserts are pretty great too! We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful hostess. Our server was attentive & hospitable.
