The weekend of our wedding, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even though we were one of two large weddings happening during the weekend, they gave us so much flexibility with setup and drop-off, making sure everything fit our needs and vision. This level of thoughtfulness and organization took away so much stress and let us focus on what really mattered!! Literally everything we needed/forgot on the day of, they had it! Life savers!! The Twelve Oaks team kept everything running seamlessly on our wedding day. From coordinating vendors to ensuring every little detail was in place, they handled it all with such grace and care. Our guests are still raving about all of the details of our venue -- not to mention how absolutely beautiful the space is — the ballroom, the views, and the atmosphere are absolutely stunning!!

I recently hosted my daughter’s bridal shower here, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The venue was beautifully set up, and the food was absolutely delicious — every guest was raving about it!
We had made a special request for a crepe station (something they had never done before), and not only did they make it happen, but it was executed flawlessly. It was such a special touch and a huge hit with everyone.
The entire day exceeded our expectations — it was more than my daughter could have ever imagined for her bridal shower. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a beautiful and memorable celebration!

I had the pleasure of being a guest, at a wedding at the Twelve Oaks Mansion last week. I had never been before. It was a beautiful venue! It was so inviting and serene. The food was delicious! My husband and I both had the filet. It was done perfectly and only needed a butter knife to cut it. Everything was delicious from the appetizers to dessert. The servers were great! They were very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive! I can't say enough about my experience at this venue.

Great people to work with, and a great venue to have all of your events in one place. I photographed a wedding here and the getting ready space was great, the light was beautiful, and I loved the area near the gazebo for wedding photos with my couple. The reception space was ample for the guests (with the big bar!) and the dance floor was perfect for a big party. Would love to return for another wedding soon! xo

Their day of coordinator, Leigh, is there with you every step of the way from the initial planning meetings to every minute of the actual day. If you are considering a wedding in the Mars/Pittsburgh area this is definitely a venue to consider. There are plentiful areas for the nicest photos of your day as well from glorious staircases in the interior to lovely gazebos on the exterior. Plus the sunset is STUNNING!! It served as an extra photo booth for our guests during the evening. I could go on and on about this venue. It really was the most perfect place for the best day!
