I came to kulmont/shmokin Burger King after I Had a very shit expierence at Shenandoah Burger King. If your curious you can read they’re bad review. Eddie was very happy to accommodate my stomach condition and help us out. Great service food came out great. Highly Recommend

I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but I must, I pulled up to the drive through to get this boo bundle I seen on the app, me and the lady were trying to figure it out I asked a few questions and was pretty confused, my wife was trying to show me on the app, then randomly in the middle of this conversation a random voice of a male come onto the mic and say talk to her with some manners, but I was saying please thank you and actually talking very politely, I even checked my dash came to see if I was impolite. I wasn’t this rude and obviously mentally unstable employee named junior, if that’s his real name when I asked. But the customer service was terrible and honestly rude, as long as people who treat customers like that works there me and my entire family will not eat at this establishment. I also gave my phone number and info to the team to have the store manager call me and I was never reached out to showing the manager doesn’t care about how their staff treats people. I was a regular here and always had a present experience. So I wouldn’t recommend the food is sub par at best we always looked passed the sloppy made food cause we like bk chicken, but now with the combo of food and horrible customer service we will no longer eat here again. Or any chain attached to the same franchise at that.

The really big lady was extremely rude. She practically threw my food at me, then slammed the window before I could ask for a spoon, didn't even bother telling me they didn't have the one i wanted and refused to give me a refund. My burger was ice cold. Don't come here unless you enjoy rude service and frozen food.

I had a whopper from here last week, It was so hot and delicious, I can't stop thinking about it. 😋
I used the drive-through. I am realistic and understand when people are busy or shortstaffed but the wait time was ridiculous. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small drink. My cheeseburger was cold. The cheese was not melted and it tasted horrible. I waited 15 minutes in a drive-through for that.

Today went through the drive thru and Zoey was patient and nice very pleasant experience. Been here before and today it was different. Food was also fresh and exactly what I ordered.

Went to the counter so people have jobs and they acted as if I was bugging. They looked at me like I had a 3rd eye. Then it took 5 minutes to get my food and it was sloppy. I go to grab a drink and the lid station looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Dried up soda all over it. I worked in fast food and this would never fly. No wonder the pay here sucks if that's how you allow your business too look and your emoyees to act. Yeah 1st impressions just lost all of my business and my social media followers. I never give the food better than 2 stars at any fast food place.
