I eat here often and they're ok, not the best. It always takes forever to get anyone's attention when I go to pick up my order. The bathroom is yucky, but everything else is good. The employees are nice, just make sure to get their attention or they'll keep you waiting.

I've been 3 times, each time seperate staff were beyond rude and impaitant. I understand theyre not chick fil a, but i mean rude, well below average Customer Service. Order wrong each time as well. Needs new staff that appreciate having a job

Im usually not picky when it comes too ordering, but today I went there and used some coupons and ordered some food and when i got home to eat it all i was givein the whole order for the car that was in front of me. I was seriously confused as too why i got so many bags when i ordered so little but didnt question it. Now i know why. If your short staffed close down one part of the store so that things can be focused else where. All i wanted was a chicken sandwich and instead i got the imposs whopper.
Probably the only BK worst then this one is the one in Pine

They must be the laziest workers to serve me an almost raw piece of chicken on tortilla for a honey mustard wrap. Just raw chicken nothing else lol. Then there were other items missing from my order.

It's B. K. Nuff said, basically all the same. The staff however is great . Helpful and a true willingness to help. As an old man I don't always keep up with tech... Cash app first time and had no idea what to do, so the lady used hers and then showed me how to send her the money and I got schooled and fed . Good folks in my book .

Cashier was quite rude due to asking to upgrade my side of fries to fiery mozz fries. She said I can’t do that and I told her I’ve upgraded at various locations and caught an attitude and told me we are not the other burger kings. Didn’t give me my drink because of it until the other cashier ask if I got my drink. Avoided me as soon as I ask why I couldn’t upgrade. End the story short food was good but the one cashier was definitely rude .
