I used the drive-through. I am realistic and understand when people are busy or shortstaffed but the wait time was ridiculous. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small drink. My cheeseburger was cold. The cheese was not melted and it tasted horrible. I waited 15 minutes in a drive-through for that.

Today went through the drive thru and Zoey was patient and nice very pleasant experience. Been here before and today it was different. Food was also fresh and exactly what I ordered.

Went to the counter so people have jobs and they acted as if I was bugging. They looked at me like I had a 3rd eye. Then it took 5 minutes to get my food and it was sloppy. I go to grab a drink and the lid station looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Dried up soda all over it. I worked in fast food and this would never fly. No wonder the pay here sucks if that's how you allow your business too look and your emoyees to act. Yeah 1st impressions just lost all of my business and my social media followers. I never give the food better than 2 stars at any fast food place.

I eat here often and they're ok, not the best. It always takes forever to get anyone's attention when I go to pick up my order. The bathroom is yucky, but everything else is good. The employees are nice, just make sure to get their attention or they'll keep you waiting.
