We came to McDonald's for a community instruction trip with elementary autistic support and life skills students, and the staff were great! They were patient and kind, allowing each kid to practice their communication skills and order independently. They helped our trip go so smoothly!

I had went from the kiosk to counter because only had a 5 in cash rest of money on a debit card, I must've made a mistake at the kiosk because the total there was 7.29 and when the cashier rang it up it was almost 8.50 So I politely tell her that's not right and go back to kiosk, as I'm entering different items from before I watch her ask her manager to remove the items from the POS, and the manager says in reference to me "some people are so stupid". That's how this McDonald's treats people who make mistakes, I'm a veteran as well. Absolutely disgusting behavior

This place really needs better workers. Every time I come here im always pulled to the rail and then they will move their line of cars and forget my order, and I have to go in and get it. Instead of clearing your times to get your wait time down maybe go with how much you really have people wait. My food is always messy soaked in grease. When I used to work at McDonald’s I had my lines moving like nothing and the food was served how your supposed to!!! And it’s only the night shift that has these lines long. I come there for breakfast and I’m never pulled. Do better !

Place is a joke they tell you to pull forward to and wait for your food every time busy or not and haft the time I have to get out and walk in to get my food because they have you pull forward for no reason then forget your food honestly sad they need to get it together

Parking: The service and quality made this mcdonalds feel like a fine dining experience. We barely talked while we ate except to say how exceptional the food was. This is our favorite mcdonalds BY FAR and I never had a favorite before. Thank you so much for working hard, you all deserve a raise 🎈

If I could give a -100 star rating I would. The staff will literally see customers come in and not acknowledge them or provide any service from anywhere between 5 minutes to a half hour. When picking up doordash orders, they don't bother to submit that the order is ready for pickup. The staff is by far the rudest and most unprofessional staff in any establishment I've ever been to.
