No customer service! Workers are rude ( and I've seen this in other reviews). They can't hear phone orders because the place is too crowded, too small and too noisy and they like to blame the customer for that. " oh no, it's your phone" They had an issue with their card machine and blamed me and my card ( nope not true). Shouted loudly about it back and forth across the store. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Well the other restaurant in town got my order ( by phone no issue) and took my payment ( again no issue) so I guess Mamie doesn't want any of my business anymore, and they won't be getting it.

Food is very good but service is not the same as it used to be. And if you’re looking for any healthy options, it’s going to be an uphill battle. But the unhealthy stuff is very very tasty.

We tried this place for breakfast on 1/13/24 7:45am. We had a 5 star experience. They took our order immediately, and we were able to browse the baked goods selection before being seated. Don't miss an opportunity to consume one of these donuts! The specialty coffees were delicious, and the food was first rate. The steak egg and cheese sandwich is a must have! Definitely give this place a try!

Great place, awesome donuts and coffee. Depending on the times you go it seems they are most busy around breakfast. Be prepared to wait some time outside before you go inParking: Parking lot gets tight since it's downtown Martinsburg. Its located on the side of maimes plus watch for pedestrians
