On Monday, December 16 at 3:30 PM, I ordered a foot-long meatball sub with nothing on it but meatballs and sauce, An American born, Of Asian descent, with a darker tan skin complexion, no more than 22 to 23 years old, Took my order. I wasn’t getting anything special so I stood by the cash register and didn’t see her put the meat on the bun. I took my food and went to Work to eat it there, Once I got to work and took my first bite, I noticed the meatballs were burnt, And I mean bad….. I would think these things were in that cooker for days… Even the sauce tasted somehow burnt.. My thing is, If you were to tell me, it could’ve been some type of mistake and she didn’t notice I wouldn’t believe you… She clearly knew they were burnt and should not have served them to any customer. I didn’t have time to go back and get my money back or get another sub, I Wasted my money, And didn’t get lunch… Thank you, Subway in Martinsburg, Pennsylvania for that… But I did take the time to make this review…..
If there was an option there post a picture on here I would… I want somebody to see this….

Sign says open till 9pm but don't go in 20 minutes before that they will tell you that that already cleaned up and are not serving anyone. Hope the owners know they stand around getting paid to turn away customers and not do their job.

My favorite subway! I go during lunch time & always have a sweet younger girl with blonde hair she is always SO kind! I’ve seen her during rushes more than once and she always is so respectful, efficient, and patient. As someone who used to work in fast food it’s much appreciated and definitely not the easiest sometimes.
