My favorite subway! I go during lunch time & always have a sweet younger girl with blonde hair she is always SO kind! I’ve seen her during rushes more than once and she always is so respectful, efficient, and patient. As someone who used to work in fast food it’s much appreciated and definitely not the easiest sometimes.

Worst customer service, owner Bobbi Cunningham very rude she had items on the subway app that they do not even have in the store then when you confront her about it she lies and says she called to tell me even though iv been in there 3 times to speak to her as well as left my cell number with the little girl that works there. She never once contacted me nor did any management. She's a slum of an owner. I usually don't write reviews but this is the second time iv had an issue with this place I guess I should have learned the first time. Save your money and go to a different subway this one is a joke.

They sure don't know how to use the Rewards cards. I was there months ago and they didn't know how to use it. I figured for not going there a few months they now be trained how to use them. How wrong I was! I told them I had $2.00 off with my reward card and the girl said, I can do that for you. [In fact, I always ask in every Subway I go to. before I make my order, if they know how to use it. So, I paid my bill and looked on my receipt and , once again, they didn't take my $2.00 off. I will never, ever go there again. They screwed me twice. So, if you have a Rewards card, stay away. They weren't trained to know how to use it. Need I say more?
