“I have been here many times and love the atmosphere and have been coming here regularly for their wing night. Tonight they failed. I ordered a dozen wings and sat down with friends that were not eating. My ticket time seemed to be taking a while so I started paying attention to other orders. Dozens had been served that ordered after me. After 45 minutes I approached the bar to ask for a refund. A person was requested from the kitchen to help me. I asked for a refund for the food I hadn't received. She questioned if I had received anything at all. I told her no as the wings were all I had ordered. I showed her my receipt and pointed to the table I was sitting at. She glanced over to it and voided the transaction. I felt as if I wasn't believed that my order really did not come out. The order was all of $4 and some change, even if the wings came out raw I would have just not eaten them and left. I would not have asked for a refund but not serving anything at all I believe a refund is just. I really do like this place but dont like the feeling of not being believed. I did not receive an apology either which would have been proper.“

“Better than every Popeyes in Korea and one of the best we've had in the states. The chicken was fresh, the fries were crunchy and soft in the middle, the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were exactly how we wanted them. Would definitely be back if we werent driving though.“
