A few weeks ago I got some specialty blueberry Munchkins that were great. Recently I ordered 10 regular Munchkins for $2 on a promo and they were wet and mushy tasting. Threw them in freezer and they are edible but I will never buy them again. Terrible.

Trash trash trash every time i come here no matter the flavor i get or how much cream and sugar i get it just taste like black coffee without fail how do you make a brown sugar coffee with sweet cold foam still taste black? Not to mention over 12 bucks for 2 SMALL coffees and mine was packed to the top with ice the amount in the picture was only from 2 small sips the coffee was done in less than 8 sips. But i guess im to blame for never learning to not come to this dunkin. Milford dunkin is a hassle going in due to no drive through but well worth it never ever have i had bad service from that one and the drinks r always great so it is worth the lack of convenience of a drive through go to milford is my advice.

Ovens need to be cleaned out . You can taste the burnt left over product from the oven on the food .

the afternoon crew completely ignored me and the manager seemed to refuse to come out and help with a mobile order issue. horrible service - the two girls would rather chat it up than help someone up front.

I really enjoyed my experience today with this particular location.I ordered thru the app and when I arrived it was hot,fresh and ready. They were quick and the place was very clean,thank you Dunkin. Also thanks to the management it seems like their staff was fully trained and ready.
Workers are super kind and helpful. I ordered a coffee and a certain way and a new worker made it wrong and I asked if they made it right and someone else came over to check and saw it was wrong and made a new one with no problem and was very nice about it. Thank you
Parking: Parking is tough on the street but they have other parking

One of the nicest DDs ive ever been too, staff was very respectful and professional, store was perfectly clean and atmosphere was relaxing. Kudos to the Staff, might be the first time my coffee was EXACTLY how i asked for it ?

If you want one of the best coffees in a 20 mile radius, this is your best bet, unlike other Dunkin’ Donuts they are pretty fair other places overdo it with the oat milk while this place does the even mix of coffee and milk which other places tend to mess up badly. Service and people are pretty friendly.
