Franico's Pizzeria & Trattoria

I just moved to this area and their food is the best that I’ve found. Their sauce is AMAZING!!! I love the garlic knots too, so DELICIOUS. I’ve already ordered from them twice this week, I love it!!!

I’m only putting 4/5 stars because the chicken parm was chewy, that’s the only critical thing I can say about this place.

I will be a forever customer.

Home cooked food at a very reasonable price. My sister and her BF use to deliver pizza from here . Owners are amazing people. True Italian dishes cooked fresh daily.

Best place in the area … delicious pizza , great homemade sauce, friendly staff , easy parking rite out front . Frequent here at least twice a month and never been disappointed.

The manager called to advise they don't have items I ordered one no longer is on menu and other they didn't have. Then refuses refund after accepting order from.door dash instead of rejecting order. Door dash policy is if order is accepted they are accepting order is filled and no refund allowed.
The manger refuses refund says she offered me different food in which I was not interested in just my refund she said to bad I should have called them directly not via door dash

Made me a pizza right before close, great service and good food

I don’t like to leave bad reviews , but the customer service was terrible and these people are incredibly rude . I called just to clarify about my order and whoever answered the phone just spoke
Over me and was rude for no reason . Situation wasn’t even my fault it was an issue with not finding a door dasher . Won’t order here again , and some of the items are not as fresh as they would have you think . Disappointed . You keep customers by being kind even if there are misunderstandings .

Ordered the olive oil, garlic broccoli it was a disaster tasted like it came out of the microwave horrible terrible

I ordered veal capriccioso and they loaded the dish with pasta. They only give one very small slice of veal and it doesn’t even taste that good.

I went home and made a shrimp and garlic pizza because the one I ordered from Franico's had two shrimp cut into 6 bits. I brought it back after door dash delivered it even though I could have eaten it for free because the charge was voided. The owners BOTH OF THEM ACCUSED ME OF EATING THE SHRIMP OFF THE PIZZA BEFORE RETURNING IT! HOW DISGRACEFUL! You can clearly see the pie was NOT COMPROMISED. NO HOLES FROM PICKING AND CHEESE INTACT!

I would give a zero if I could. They say they use door dash, but don't. Our food took about two hours to be delivered. The $24 gluten free pizza was six inches and a joke for the price. The margarita pizza had four slices that didn't have any cheese on them. Pizza's were cold. $69.23 for two pizzas that were sub par. Unbelievable. Will never order from here again.

Pizza tasted like it had ketchup on it, not real sauce crust on the Sicilian pizza as hard as a rock and really dough also ordered a stuffed pizza which was two pieces across with just some cheese in the middle and totally flat with a side of sauce tasted like ketchup and water Will never Order food there again
