I hadn’t bought Popeyes chicken in years because the last time was a complete letdown. I decided to give it another shot and ordered the 8-piece family meal, which came with mashed potatoes and four biscuits—for $35. This time, the chicken wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good either. It lacked flavor, and the mashed potatoes were worse than cafeteria food. Honestly, for that price, ShopRite makes better fried chicken. Save your money.

Terrible customer service. Who trained these people? They are rude and when I asked for one extra sauce she rudely said 25 cents. Are they for real? They give you only one sauce with a combo meal. The food is disgustingly greasy. My bun was soggy with grease from the chicken and I tasted the oil going down my throat. I will probably have diarrhea from it tonight. I will never step foot in another Popeyes.

Staff is incredibly rude and when we asked a question about the menu all we got in return was attitude. When I asked for sauces, I was only given a few and when I asked for a few more the lady rolled her eyes and said .25 cents and refused to give us any extra. will not be returning.

The food here is good but most of the workers here speak Spanish. My chicken sandwich was very tasty and the food was delicious. Place was empty too and very clean.

Nasty man at the counter just left no acknowledgement I dont need u to waste my money on and I'm not standing here while u pretend ur 2 busy to notice me and please don't respond saying how sorry u r nowhere in reviews have u done anything especially giving people a refund I was smart enough to walk out bbye!

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I have only been here twice. Both times the person taking the order was super super rude. Today we went an hour before they closed, they told us we couldn't order sandwiches only chicken tenders. They didn't have water bottles. And she was rude about it. This will be my last visit to this location.
We just got Popeyes for lunch, and half of our meal was missing. It was a take out for 4 people. When we noticed all of the missing food, before we left, we immediately went back to cashier. He was very un-helpful and dismissing. We never got our food that we were missing, only got attitude. I refuse to spend any more money at a place with such horrible help. And BTW, we never got any money back either.

This place is awful. The prices of a 3 piece tender special has got up over $16.00. Even one of their employees said it was too much. I just left in disgust. If you want to throw away your money for a few pieces of chicken that is not that good (compared to other Popeyes). I will never go back there again.
