Food is always absolutely scrumptious!!!! The person taking the order however ehhhhh idk. I guess he was new. Had to repeat my order several times. I’m on break people. I don’t have time for you to train your worker right now. Let’s get it together when it’s not lunch hour.

Seems like management changed and service had a steady decline. Came to get cheese fries and the cheese they used was dried up and dark orange we asked to have it changed out with very little apology and no discount. Just a new order. Tried 1 more time for a milkshake and fries and it took 20 minutes. Very busy at the time but again very unorganized. Nobody making milkshakes until there were 5 to be made. Bring back the previous team!!!

On our way to our resting place we found this spot. Reviews were all over the place but I wanted a burger and they seemed worth a try. Burgers were juicy and fries on point. We weren’t sure if we had to go back to grab our food from the counter but after not sitting long the food was brought to our table by the young lady who took our order. Everyone seemed very nice. Very cozy spot with good music to enjoy while eating.

Took almost an hour to get our food. They weren't that busy. I get to the car and the tater tots were cold!!!!! Never again.

New owners flipped this place into a less than desirable food spot. Portions cut, undercooked items, hard cheese, pink burgers. Had to argue about the size of my fries to the point I had to demonstrate the difference in what I paid for versus what I received. Sucks because we used to really like this place.

Best burger in town definitely recommend although the food took a little bit but the wait was worth it
Burgers are as good if not better than Five guys at about half the cost, and you can have a milkshake. Enjoy.

In the past month or so I’ve noticed their service has declined and the wait time for a burger is ridiculously long, today I wen in to buy a meal. I was not acknowledged and seen many people waiting in disappointment for their orders & when I was in front of the register ready to place my order I was waiting about 10 minutes, then I walked out, this place was great when I first started going there I don’t know what has happened but they need to get back on track

New owners. Terrible service, less than stellar communication,. Changed portion sizes. A $5.19 order of onion rings now is just 5 onion rings. NOT worth it, won't be going there again.

Wayback discontinued their "Irish Nachos", the best thing (and most unique draw) on their menu. So, I stopped patronizing them. That being said, their burgres are good but small, so are the shakes. Prices are kind of high. The dining area is rather cold. Overall, the place is OK. 👍
