Cathy at the Wendy's in Matamoras, PA was warm and inviting. She was detailed in her service and thorough in her communication. I've never had or expected such superior customer service at a restaurant- much less a fast food stop. Thanks, Cathy! Someone should give you a raise.

Ordered a sandwich and a coke. The coke was warm and flat . Went inside to see if I could use the other fountain. No ice.. asked for ice from back.. the coke in the machine came out warm and flat. The machine was coated in a thick syrup. Every where you touch was super sticky. Brought to attention of magr and was told its not wendys machine and nothing she could do. I suggested not selling carbonated drinks to customers. As they are gross. Just like your dirty fountain machine..

typical Wendy's, drive thru very busy at dinner, inside take out a better option, fairly clean, always ask for extra napkins... Recently encountered incomplete orders, missing items, and no one answering phone... All night time drive thru...

Having worked here at one point I’m extremely disappointed in night shift. I had DoorDashed food after 10:30 so dine in was closed. They gave my doordasher the wrong food and when we called them, essentially told us it wasn’t their fault and to take it up with DoorDash. Had to drive there myself, door for dashers was locked. Food was cold at that point, couldn’t even give us new drinks so they weren’t watered down. No apology or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never had problems like this in the past.

Although I didn't spend any time within the restaurant, I did go through the drive through. The drive-thru moved rather quickly the young lady who took my order was very polite and helpful. I appreciate it being greeted and asked to have a great day. The staff at this location always seem to be very pleasant and helpful. Good job!
