1st time getting breakfast from Wendy's, we were really surprised of how well it was made and tasted. Looked like it was cooked from home. 1 burrito is good enough for a meal.

My daughter and I came through the drive through after I was discharged from the hospital. We ordered the same items and same drinks. Got home and realized that my daughter had her meal however the only Correct thing from my order was my fries. We will not be returning to this Wendy's again. And the Staff that work nights need to learn Customer Service etiquette.

Stood inside for a solid 10 minutes getting stared at. Nobody offered to take our order. Went to the kiosk. It crashed during the checkout process and made us start all over. Went back to the counter. Got stared at for another 5 minutes. Went through the drive thru. Had an issue where they were confused on what our order was when we went to pay. Through the drivethrough. I've been to this place so many times in the past 7 years. It's normally great. Not the last time I'll try it out, but definitely left a bad impression. EDIT: Got home with food. One sandwich was missing bacon that was supposed to have it. No napkins. EDIT2: Second sandwich without bacon.

Very dirty bathrooms and restaurant area. Black specks in my soda. Liquid which i hope was water but may be pee and toilet paper all over the bathroom floor and toilet. Awful smell. Been to many Wendy’s and this is the worst so far.

Usually I don't have any issues, the food is good but today I ordered a coffee and it has some gross floaters in it.....(It was not grounds)
Check your coffee before you drink it.......

Cathy at the Wendy's in Matamoras, PA was warm and inviting. She was detailed in her service and thorough in her communication. I've never had or expected such superior customer service at a restaurant- much less a fast food stop. Thanks, Cathy! Someone should give you a raise.
