Got the 12 Slice Pizza not realizing when I brought it home it was paper thin and as dry. Not sure if I'm going to try anything else off the menu again.

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but we definitely won't be back. We have had less than pleasant experiences our last three times (both eating in and carrying out), but thought we would give it one more chance. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, and the food is either burnt or under cooked. Save yourself the headache and go to Tower Ridge instead.

I look forward to visiting Lincoln Way Pizza when I am in the area. I can say I will never eat at this establishment again. We arrived and there was only one other table in use. We ordered an appetizer and our food. One person ordered boneless wings, the other order chicken strips, macaroni and cheese, and fries and I ordered a salad. After approximately 30 minutes the waitress brought out my salad and told me that my breadsticks would be out later. The chicken wings came out 15 minutes later and she told the other person his should be out soon. I asked about are appetizer and she said it should soon be done. I am not sure why the chicken strips and fries took 15 minutes longer that the wings. We were finished eating and the appetizer arrived. The chicken strips were over done, the macaroni and cheese was horrible but the fries were good. I understand now why the place was not busy. I was very disappointed.

IF you can get them to answer the phones(and that's a big IF) they're often slow and mess up the orders. Forget something or give your food away to another person. Chronically late for work lunch deliveries. If there weren't so few food choices locally I doubt anyone would eat there. Food is really decent though so if you get an order placed and manage to get the food, should be satisfied.

The food was pretty good… my calzone was much bigger than anticipated. Our pizza was way too dark though, was not happy with that. I don’t know how they weren’t embarrassed serving it so burnt.

We wait for one hour for a chicken sandwich and some other stuff. The service was horrible and the people that came in behind us got there food before we did. 1 out of five would not recommend

Best food I have eaten in a long time!! My husband and I stopped after being told the McDonald’s across was not allowing dine in.. so glad we ventured across the street! Our waitress was so sweet and the food was beyond amazing!! We are already planing our next trip down!

Staff could use some serious attitude adjustments. Absolutely horrible service and extremely rude. Stood waiting to pay for a take out order as a staff member walked right past, not even acknowledging anyone was standing there. When someone finally did come to the register, her attitude was just as off putting in person as it was on the phone when the order was placed. Not to mention she didn’t even get the order correctly. I work in the restaurant business so I completely understand mess ups but no excuse for rudeness. As we were waiting for the rest of our order to be prepared, another customer notified the woman that her order had been wrong, as she walked away, the woman mocked the customer for being it to their attention her order was wrong. Ridiculous. I later found out after speaking to some gentlemen outside this woman,Crystal, is now the new owner. Very disappointed as we’ve been trying to eat here for weeks, and this was the first time someone actually answered the phone. Will absolutely not being coming here again!

Lunch picked up needs for camp ? waitress was unbelievable extra special and appreciated.
Went in and was the only ones in the dining room and ordered a pizza and a appetizer and steamed broccoli for our 2 yr old grandson and 10 mins later they came out and said they were out of the broccoli no biggy well an hour and 5 mins later they came out and said 5 more mins and still no appetizer and other people came in after us and got their food needless to say we got up and left and went to mamas and 10 mins later we had our pizza and was finally eating dinner. Never again will we give them a penny!

Food was a let down. It took forever and we had to ask 3 different times for our items to be brought out from the kitchen. It was not as good as we anticipated.

Cashier was awesome!!! She was a little overwhelmed but she handled it perfectly.. and got my order correct.. no issues at all , she deserves a raise asap!!!

Tried to call, no one would answer the phone. There were 10 people dining inside, the phone continued to ring, and no one continued to answer. I ordered Bbq Hot Wings, and received Honey Wings, a 24 cut pizza that was actually good. The nice lady that waited on me was friendly and personable. My wait was really long, and I noticed other customers having to come in to order instead of being able to call their order in! The lady that waited on me kept apologizing to me for the wait, as she did for other customers. I really don't believe I want to go back!

No one was wearing a mask on the floor or in the kitchen. Had to pay 44 for a meal. I didn’t even eat. Boyfriend found hair in his food. The waitress told me she had no clue where my food was and basically called us a liar because they don’t even make their food. The waitress crystal k was rude when we asked we wanted our bill and discussed the situation. “it’s prepackaged stoffers lasagna I don’t see how a hair got in it” as she said. If I could I’d give a no star review because they don’t even deserve a star. I honestly don’t see why it takes hours (or even why it’s so much) when the food is prepackaged. Also love how the waitress said about not ordering certain food because they had to “cook” the noodles. Will not be visiting ever again. Don’t bother wasting your money.
