The Mountain House Restaurant

Nice place to eat when traveling RT30. The food is typical prepared already stuff and very affordable. If the weather is good eat outside and enjoy the mountain top view!

Ate at this restaurant a few weeks ago. I was charged significantly more for my meal than what was advertised as the price on the menu. The waitress says that they are supposed to get new menus with updated prices but they just haven't yet. I'm pretty sure charging more than the advertised price is illegal, but I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to argue. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities, because I don't think they should get away with scamming people like this. To my knowledge, this is the only time in my life I have ever eaten at a restaurant where the menu price did not match the actual charged price. This is not something most restaurants do.

Great place to stop and relax on the ride. Staff makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. One of my favorite lunchtime stops. BLT is perfect.

A place to stop to rest after a couple of hours motorcycle ride: the food is good and the prices are moderate, the atmosphere is typical of a riders bar. The outdoor patio is perfect to have an outdoor lunch or dinner. Worth a stop even if you ride a Harley 😂

Had the best cheeseburger of my life here ! We were the first customers of the day at opening , here on June 5th. Recommend coming by this restaurant & pub. Excellent service ! Nice staff to talk to. Outdoor seating overlooking the valley.

Great place to stop hell of a view food was good a lot of bike things going on when we stopped so place was kind of slow but still had a good time.

Good food , cold beer and nice people. Ribeye sandwich was delicious and the BLT was also.

5/7/25. Good wings and side salad, cold beer. Waitress service on the deck was great. Good long distance view from the deck and parking lot.

Very welcoming experience! Spent all day hiking and enjoyed some delicious food here. Cheese steaks were tasty, great burger good pork BBQ. Fries were crispy and hot. Would definitely come back when on the area again.

Not open. You need to let people know you're closed.
