Literally live 2 minutes away and pizza was delivered cold like it came out of the fridge this is the second time it’s happened definitely don’t recommend this place anymore. Pepercini in Oakdale delivers here and the pizza is always piping hot. Between them putting you on hold and the young kids laughing and giggling at co workers and asking 3 times what we wanted the place should be closed. With pizza capri now closed there isn’t much of a choice I’d rather eat lawn grass

If I could give negative stars I would. I knew as soon as I looked at it it was going to be awful. And I also knew well the original owner had to have sold because this is total garbage. It tasted like burnt cigarettes and trash. My kids hated it too. Terrible. Hanky farms location from now on only if you want true original giannis that's worth every cent.

Food quality used to be excellent. Seems like the quality is dropping and the customer service is okay at best.

Edit. Gave them another chance and it was so bad. Ordered the pizza well done to try to counteract the sogginess and it was still a soggy mess. Was told 45 minutes and it took an hour and a half. I live 5 minutes away. Not going to waste my time again. Just going to go elsewhere, I don’t mind paying more if the food is actually good. Almost $20 for a large 1 topping pizza and it’s just gross.
Has taken a turn for the worse over the past year or so. It’s not terrible but it’s also not that good. The food is very inconsistent. The same item will be made differently every time you get it. The pizza is usually under baked and soggy. I used to order often but now it’s not worth it. They raised their prices but don’t seem to care what they give you. Not sure where the disconnect is, whether it’s training or management. There’s always a bunch of kids in there without anyone appearing to supervise. The location in North Fayette is nothing like this. Their food is great and is very consistent.

Best white pizza we ever had. We were skeptical at first with a bunch of younger adults running and working. Very professional group. We rode the panhandle trail and stopped by chance. Will definitely be back. Thank you Gianni’s.

We used to order from Gianni’s all the time. We haven’t lately because the last couple times just haven’t been great. Well tonight was no different. Placed an order for delivery and they said it would be 30-45min which is fine. Then, an hour and 15 min pass and we still don’t have the food, (mind you we only live like 5 minutes away, we just didn’t feel like leaving after we just got home from work or we would’ve just picked it up). I called and they said it was in its way the driver had a stop before us, also fine. Then we get the food and it’s cold. The fries weren’t cooked all the way and pizza was cold. The hoagie was good though. It was still warm and made perfectly. Not sure if we will have order from there again.

Awful!!! Breaded mushrooms were under cooked, the pizza boat was so underbaked that the bread was soggy, the cheese didn’t melt, and the peppers were like eating air raw. The hoagies were supposed to be baked and was cold and not crispy. Overall awful waste of money!!!!!
