They 100% took care of me even though they had technically cut off delivery and for that they deserve a 20/10. I am ALWAYS appreciative of small businesses that go out of their way. (And yes I 100% took care of the driver because they took the late hit) ❤️❤️❤️

This place has gone way downhill since they sold it. It's got to be the most disorganized pizza shop there is. Over 2hr for a sub and medium pizza is ridiculous. Order from any other pizza shop but this one. They should close this place got charged on the card an never got the food!

First call was put on hold then hung up on me. Called back second time, again put on hold immediately. Gave order for one extra large pizza. Simple you think. Picked up and it was large. No response literally walked away from counter. No apology. As I stood there the filth disgusted me. Will never go back.

1.) Calls typically put on hold immediately, regardless of when placing an order. 2.) Employees (many/most) on some kind of tranq or something. 3.) They'll read the order back and then fail to get the building of the product correct.

Waited 15 mins to have my order taken by an extremely rude worker. They acted like I was inconveniencing them. I still had hope that my pizza was good but I was wrong and it was wrong. I work hard for my money so I will take my money someplace else where I'm treated with respect and my order is correct and my food is good.
Literally live 2 minutes away and pizza was delivered cold like it came out of the fridge this is the second time it’s happened definitely don’t recommend this place anymore. Pepercini in Oakdale delivers here and the pizza is always piping hot. Between them putting you on hold and the young kids laughing and giggling at co workers and asking 3 times what we wanted the place should be closed. With pizza capri now closed there isn’t much of a choice I’d rather eat lawn grass

If I could give negative stars I would. I knew as soon as I looked at it it was going to be awful. And I also knew well the original owner had to have sold because this is total garbage. It tasted like burnt cigarettes and trash. My kids hated it too. Terrible. Hanky farms location from now on only if you want true original giannis that's worth every cent.

We ordered a chicken salad and I thought how could you mess it up? Well, They did. It was gross the chicken was not fresh chicken it was frozen and thawed. Just gross never again!!
