I always order online to go pick up my food. I always ask for extra extra lettuce and every single time I hardly get lettuce at all. So annoying!!

At this particular location for being way understaffed, I have to say I'm VERY impressed by the manager running it now. For being the ONLY one literally working, he keeps the place exceptionally clean, tables floors, bathrooms and food prep station as well. And not only that, he greeted us with a smile, welcoming attitude, didn't show how stressed and exhausted he was and gave the best service I've had in a very long time. I wish I knew your name bud, you deserve the recognition and respect that you so effortlessly earned. Keep up the hard work, I promise it'll pay off!! Give this man a promotion!!

It's not a bad place to get a quick hoagie and or bite but to be honest I think places like dibella subs or jersey Mike's have better quality

I visit this location a few times a month and service is good and staff friendly. Restaurant always looks neat and clean. A few months back due to staffing they were closing earlier than posted hours. For me it wasn't a big deal as I live close. My only issue on my last few visits have been the lack of product (meat or tuna) being placed on the sandwich. This was never a problem in the past as they made the sub with a generous amount of meat or tuna. It seems to be a lot of bread and veggies now. I find myself adding extra when I get home (defeats the purpose of ordering out ) to make it a better sub. It may be due to the same person working on these visits but was never a issue before. I may make the drive to the Imperial location as I have gotten good, generously made subs in the past.

They always close at 6:30 . An hour and half before they're supposed to and it's so frustrating. Just change your hours and turn the open sign off. It's not that difficult

You know, I've yet to determine the way of the sub. I know it might be confusing to some people, but I believe it is sub-way. Important distinctions there. Anywho, I believe the subs are fantastic.
