Only use drive thru but, order is direct and the staff are very plessant.
Waited 15 minutes in line. When I got to the window to get my food, I had to wait again because they gave my food to the car ahead of me. Very disappointed the last few times I stopped. Always an issue after 7 :30 p.m.

Tanisha (store something, I’m not sure what she is) is very rude. In order to get respect it must be given period. My Child works at the McDonald’s in Mcelhattan and she today told him to do something because she couldn’t do her job correctly as the person in charge and write down a license plate number so that the employees running the food out, knew which car, which food went to. When he told her that he wasn’t doing what she asked him to do, she immediately got mad and told him he could leave. (My husband used to work there also and he was informed that she didn’t have the right to tell anyone to leave). Anyways, that’s neither here nor there. She’s very disrespectful and I’m not going to put up with her bullying these children. (My son is 15). So I called the 1800 number that they have posted on the door about issues and service and what not. Of course, I didn’t get to speak to anyone. All I got to do was leave a message. Which of course, means it won’t be resolved. So I’m writing this review to let everyone know that the McDonald’s in McElhattan is run poorly when she’s in charge.

I've been here twice this week: once the drive-thru once curbside pickup. First time I spent 19 minutes in the drive-thru, third car in line. First car took about 15 of those minutes. Second time, which is now, I've been at the curbside for over 20 minutes. Says my food is delivered bit no one came out. Worst service I've experienced any fast food place.

Absolute horrible drive-thru service, two employees talking to you at the same time, consistently messing up your order, when you add another item they take one away and you keep having to ask multiple times for things to be added. Morning drive-thru workers need to be trained on how to take orders (I know, it doesn’t seem it would be that difficult) apparently.
Walked in wait 10 minutes for somebody waiting on us then another 20 minutes to get her food in the meantime the dining room was full other people waiting to get checked in the servers were very slow moving and in their heads

I will not be returning to this McDonalds. While waiting inside for my food my son and I both witnessed an employee(I didnt catch her name but she had bright pink hair) yelling at other employees in the kitchen and treating the young man that was working the front counter extremely rudely. This woman needs an attitude adjustment. No one should be treating people the way she was. Not a single employee here had a smile on their face. They all seemed to be very unhappy and Im sure it’s because of her.
