Will never stop here again. Sat around for 20 minutes waiting on food. Decided to go through the drive thru and get my food there. The thing behind the speaker decided I wouldn't recieve my food. I call their phone number and they won't refund my money. Had to contact my bank and claim it as fraud. Literally screw these people.

Over the last several months the service has deteriorated to the point I'm driving to Burger King 4 miles away to get food.i sit on drive thru at lunchtime for 5 minutes to order 5 minutes to pay and still get parked when I finally reach the last window 10 minutes after ordering. I'm ordering burgers and a drink. The 10 minutes in line should have be three times the time to cook my order, but no I'm parked for another 5 to 10 minutes.. I used to be both an employee and manager at McDonalds and this is absolutely horrible. Lunch is where you make the most money and you're losing business. It pretty easy to see what is selling daily and be prepared to make it.

They have two drive thru lanes, it seems they like to let 3 people thru on one lane before moving to the other lane instead of alternating correctly. And the coffee either has all the sugar on the bottom or not enough, and no way to stir it. This McDonald's is the worst.

My 2 grand children stopped on a Sunday just after lunch rush. We went into eat. My grandson who is special needs had problems ordering. He told her he wanted a cheeseburger Happy Meal no cheese catsup only and Coke to drink. She was really put out when I clarified that he wanted a hamburger catsup only. She did a huffy breathe, grumbled and fixed the order.My order was simple, 3 chicken strips, drink, my granddaughter another Happy Meal. When she brought the order the kids had med cups not kid cups I had been charged for 4 pc chic strip. At this point I just wanted to finish and leave. I was just really disappointed in her attitude.
