Worst Arby's I've ever been to. Ordered a French dip and they forgot the au jus. All my food was cold. Never ordering from here again. Take your money elsewhere.

Let's just say i pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered..when the guy spoke I couldn't understand what he was saying for 1...then I ordered a #1 classic which was suppose to come with fries (asked for a side of cheese sauce for my fries...at least I thought it did🤔 never got the fries, but gave me the side of cheese sauce..make that make sense! charged me for the whole meal, but didn't get my fries..there was hardly any roast beef on it at all! He was ignorant at the window as well. So was a little disappointed when I got home and started eating and pulled out the cheese sauce reached in to grab the fries and they weren't even there. I wasn't driving 20 mins back just for fries..let's just say I won't be back, to that location anyways.

Today was not the first time I felt an attitude from the worker at the drive through. I come here once, sometimes twice a week. This person is very short and never pleasant. Today when she gave me my change, she put the receipt in my hand and then tossed the change on top of it. She acted as if it were my fault! I opened my door but was too close to retrieve it. She said what was it a Nickle? I said no it was a quarter, thinking she was going to give me one. She handed me my order and I asked if she was going to give me a quarter. The look I got was the worst response I’ve ever seen! She open the register and then dropped the quarter in my hand and said, there with the worst attitude ever and told the lady she was working with that I dropped my change and I gave her an attitude! What I will do is never return! Hope you all like that attitude!

What are the actual hours? Went through the drive thru at 9:30 on a Friday and all the lights were out. Online says you are open until 11. Doesn’t appear to be the case.

Went through the drive thru. Was 5pm. They weren't really very busy. Got the correct food hot and fresh. I was greeted nicely and the person who was working the drive thru smiled when she handed me my food. I actually felt happy when I pulled out.

Just came out of the drive thru. Amazing service by Ronda taking orders and at the window! Absolutely loved her and our orders were perfect! Even gave us thr extra sauce as asked for. Thank you Ronda!!!! You are amazing!

Came here on a routine uber eats pick up. Was told they didn't have the order. I suggested they look at their future orders since I was early. I was told no they aren't doing that.

Completely felt disrespect in every word from the person taking the order. As a retired veteran I don't tolerate disrespect. I asked for the managers name so I could discuss the attitude with them. First the person in the window said they were the manager of the restaurant. I called their bluff and said no way would a true GM treat a customer this way, they then said the GM wasn't home, I asked for their name and was refused.

As I said, I don't tolerate disrespect and as a member of VFW, and the American Legion I will be posting warnings for any veteran with any inkling of respect NOT to give a penny to this location. There are too many options in this economy for someone to be that disrespectful and expect patrons to come there.

I am not saying I have massive influence, but every dollar in this economy means something and veterans are many, our dollars count and all people deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
