If you guys started closing at 10 you need to update your hours. Just tried to go through the drive through because it said you were open until 11 and we were told that those were your Winter Hours.

Tried the two seasonal (Easter) fish sandwiches, Crispy and Fish'n Cheddar, and both were great. Next week I'll try the Hawaiian Fish Deluxe sandwich.

Out of all the fast food restaurants in Kennedy Twp and Robinson Twp, this is the best! Always clean and always fast! The workers are very courteous and friendly! All the other fast food joints in the area should copy this place!

Went here about 9:30 on a Monday night. Me and my fiance were really hungry so we ordered big meals and 2 appetizers. Came out to 35 dollars roughly. Not terrible, especially for the amount of food we got. Now coming this late I didn’t really expect our curly fries to be straight out of the fryer hot, but was disappointed when our fries were lukewarm and stale. Are appetizer (mozzarella sticks and jalepeno bites) were warm, not stale but also not fresh. Both of our sandwiches (roast beef n cheddar and chicken bacon Swiss) were very good actually, fresh and hot.

Worst people working at this location than any other fast food place. Wrong items given, wrong toppings when specifically told them to not put any on your sandwich, bad attitude when ordering and slow. It's just sad what happened to this location.
I was disappointed.Arby's says "we have the meat" but I was hard pressed to find it on the Reuben I ordered.Lots of dressing and sauerkraut, very, very little corned beef.For what they charge you should see more than 2 thin slices of meat.

I actually hadn’t visited this particular Arbys for awhile and on 8/23/23 I decided to take my 4 year old son here for lunch and eat inside. I was shocked at how clean the inside was! Also the lady at the register named LaLa was an incredibly nice person! If she isn’t manager, Arbys better make her one and if she is, give her a raise to keep her here! I will continue to come back more often since it seems it’s run better than it was a couple years back.LaLa was very pleasant, she brought our food to our table with a smile, even checked on us to see if we needed anything and this was during lunch rush!! As I sat there eating with my boy I witnessed her treating every customer great and almost every customer rung the bell as they left. It was nice to see this since most fast food places have employees that seem bothered by the fact you stopped to eat lol. I will be back soon and hopefully LaLa is still here!!

Waited about 20 minutes at drive thru. Why do I even eat fast food. . Place seemed like it was on fire from the staff panicking but no one was there. Screen outside was dark wasn't even sure it was open. Has to be the poorest run fast food place ive ever been to. The person did say sorry a bout 8 times but come on. Also chicken slider was rock hard inedible. I was fed up and just drove away and took the loss. How is this place even in business people were leaving the drive through. Monday night as well! It was empty.
