Food quality is never the same, whether it's eating or takeout. I have been a regular customer for years now. Today I ordered the tech out of lasagna, the lasagna was sitting on top of the Italian bread and their lasagna was so sweet I couldn't eat it. I don't think I won't be ordering or eating in or taking out .

I don’t like this location nor the one in Carnegie . I brought my girl here , and the service was awful. I agree with some of these posts as well the server we had was awkward Meagan and she acted like she didn’t want to serve us because we were black . She turned all red in the face didn’t treat us like she did her other table . They also got an older lady loud and high pitched very rude short . If you want to go to bobs go for the awkward entertainment . This place is a circus and unprofessional. I don’t believe any customer should be treated this way because we spent money and their tip depended on our service so the $5 was generous enough.

I didn’t like the service , and we got up and left . The server that was older and short on Monday was cussing and making jokes she didn’t fill my coffee many times I stopped asking. She kept talking about her birthday . I also got cold food the toast was hard as a rock. I was neglected at my own risk. I seen the servers eating behind the counter and didn’t wash their hands . This place really fell a part after bob left us. We use to come in when it was next door . The food is expensive on the menu , and very cheap quality . I’m happy I got another crappy server this visit . I came last weekend and got rackquel and it was time to give bobs a break she was sitting at tables with her customer wasn’t personable with us though. Also forgot about us . I can’t win with good service and hot food. I’m disappointed .

Waitress was rude, her name was Raquel, checked on me once and never asked for a refill when my coffee was sitting empty for 15 minutes, came in on a Sunday and it’s very busy which I understand can be stressful but food took 30 minutes to come out and just walked away didn’t even ask if I needed anything.

We had breakfast there yesterday. I ordered their most popular breakfast. My meal was TERRIBLE, The ham was lukewarm The potatoes looked BLACK AND HARD TO EAT, The BREAD WAS HARD! Why didn't I send it back?. It's hard to tell your server of a problem, When they are walking away from you and ask's how your meal was. ONE AND DONE. I can go to Robinson and get a PERFECT MEAL and LARGER PORTIONS. Don.

I had heard good things about this location from my neighbor and decided to try it myself. The waitress seemed very spacey and her answers were vague when I asked what people order the most. I decided on a classic a la carte order of a pancake, side of bacon, and scrambled eggs. The eggs were overcooked and rubbery. The thick applewood smoked bacon was also burnt with the charred pieces crumbling apart and the fattier bits unpleasantly chewy. They also had given me an extra piece. Then the pancake turned out to be a disaster. The size was quite impressive until I tasted it and immediately a burnt flavor hit my tongue. Then I realized the pancake was served to me upside down and the top underneath was clearly left on the grill too long. I was irritated and couldn't finish it because of the taste. I wanted to leave and waited patiently for 15 minutes to finally be cashed out during which time an employee placed an open container of Draino beside me after pouring some in the ice cube basin and then placed it on the same shelf as the clean serving cups right before telling other employees not to open the bin. The atmosphere itself was very welcoming though.
