Got there 15 minutes before they closed. The staff seemed annoyed that we came in. The girl at the counter mumbled so bad we couldn’t understand what she said multiple times. Was told that all they had was pumpernickel and cinnamon raisin bagels left. Which was fine seeing as the time we got there was close to closing. My coffee was cold and spilled on me. Found out that the lid didn’t fit the cup. Luckily the coffee was cold or I would’ve burned my hand. Asked for a new lid and that one didn’t fit the cup either. Apparently the lids just didn’t fit, but the staff didn’t seem to care. They were extremely unfriendly.

It’s unfortunate because I really enjoy the Burgh’s Bagel and my gf enjoyed her sandwich as well. Hard to recommend when you pay over $30 for 2 bagels and coffee and tip and you are given cold coffee in a cup that the lid doesn’t fit on, from people who would rather you not be there.

Bagels were good! I’ve had better, but these were good. Service was great. Selections were also very good. I’m really picky when it comes to bagels, so give a solid 4/5 on the bagel.

Most mid bagels you can find in the area, but the problem is there aren’t many better options. $5 for a barely toasted, doughy bagel with minimal seasoning and oddly loose cream cheese schmear. Not the worst bagel out there, but not worth the high price.

I rather spend $5 at McDonalds and get a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle then ever spend $15 on this place

The counter person was great. The owner wasn't. Told us they didn't have any bagels except pumpernickel and then a new batch of bagels came out 2 minutes later. The owner wouldn't trade out the pumpernickel (gross) with the plain ones that just came out of the oven. Poor poor customer service

One of the best bagels my husband has eaten. A quaint spot off of route 60.

I am super disappointed. I am from NY and bagel with homemade cream cheese is a staple. The bagel had a nice chew and texture but they toast them. Which took away from it. Also their cream cheese was terrible. It was runny and gritty and sour. I am just bummed we spent 10 bucks for 2 sub par bagels

I was really excited to try this spot because I had heard such good things about it. I was a bit disappointed when I finally tried it today. I’m wondering if I ordered the wrong thing - I just got a bagel with cream cheese, but the consistency of the cream cheese was really strange. It was very runny - almost like yogurt. It fell off of the bagel in clumps. It seems like sandwiches are more their thing so I am hoping to give them a second try and see if I was the problem!

Not sure how I didn’t know about this place sooner. You walk into a hello nice music and nice place to sit down and eat. I couldn’t decide on one so I got two bengals and both were deliciously shared between myself and my partner. Now I’m hooked and will be a returning customer.

The location had a lot of potential. Unfortunately the food was way overpriced and took too long. If one looked around they would think it was a coffee shop due to all the electrical outlets and lounge chairs. One problem though they offered no custom coffee drinks (latte, etc). Total missed opportunity. They could have a great revenue stream from coffee. Not many drinks choices at all. Finally the girl that waited on us looked like she was completely unhappy to be there. A smile goes a long way.

The bagel had a good texture and taste. I couldn’t get my first choice of bagel (just sold out, at 10!) unfortunately but what I got tasted fresh. The cream cheese was a bit gritty and tasted more like cream than cheese. I also didn’t get the type of cream cheese I ordered, which was a bummer, but it was too late to go back and get it remade. Staff was nice and service was quick. Overall an okay experience, but wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again.

JUST WOW. I drive past every day on my way to work and usually go to GetGo for my breakfast sandwich. Switched it up today and idk if I can ever go back to gas station bagels. My bagel was SO GOOD today!!! The garlic aioli is a game changer.

Excellent bagels the seasonal specials are always amazing. Can't go wrong with a bagel cream cheese and locks with capers and onions.
