Bagel sandwiches are so delicious and place is so cute! The only problem I’ve had is that you can’t order ahead but with that said the service is pretty fast!

I believe opening at 8am is a little late for a bagel shop. I pass this shop everyday heading to work and would've loved to stop beforehand for some bagels for me and my coworkers.

I just used Burgh's Bagels for a catering order, and I can't speak highly enough over the ease of ordering, great and prompt communication, and delicious breakfast provided! Sandwiches were well-wrapped and labeled, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I came to pick up. I will definitely use the catering service again, in addition to regular dine-in/take out orders. Highly recommend!
Huge tasty breakfast sandwiches with decent coffee options. This place has some killer breakfast sandwiches to choose from. The biggest is the chicken one. And I mean HUGE and very delicious.
Worst experience at a bagel shop in Pittsburgh. I have come here a few times and didnt have an issue until now. Ive been to numerous bagel spots around town and this was the most outrageous. I got two bagels, one was $17.50 for the “Mother Clucker” with grilled chicken. It was very underwhelming, the chicken was VERY thin and VERY under-seasoned. I was up-charged $4.50 to sub the grilled chicken. That was not communicated anywhere until the final bill. For $17.50, I was expecting better. With my expensive bagel came an attitude from the young woman working the register. It’s upsetting, I had liked this place, but I will not be coming back.

Staff is horrible. My order is messed up almost every time. They never have enough bagels. They close an hour early sometimes bc of their lack of bagels. Today, I ordered two apple cinnamon bagels and was given cinnamon raisin instead. Once I got home and opened my bag, my bagels have apple cinnamon written on the paper but it was actually cinnamon raisin. Place is horrible service.
